It's Smaller on the Outside...

It is hard as hell. You will get into arguments. You will get into disagreements. There will be times when you want to scream into a pillow with frustration. There will be small and big things that agitate you about them (toilet paper roll position, leaving the door open when they leave the room, bigger things like financial decisions, etc.). There will be times when it feels like all you do is argue. 

You will go through your own personal growth and change with your romantic interest. You will be forced to face parts of you that make you extremely uncomfortable. You will consider things you never thought you’d think about before. 

But because of the steady foundation you built with them, you will love them through thick and thin. Obviously abusive behavior and the like is intolerable, but don’t throw in the towel the moment a disagreement happens. You will enjoy sharing the same space as them, even if it’s just the two of you doing different things in the same room. You’ll enjoy just quietly observing them. You’ll enjoy the silly jokes and silly images you share with each other that you find online. 

You need to learn to not to be stubborn. You need to learn when to compromise. You need to learn how to have a disagreement or argument healthily. 

COOKING - creativity is okay

BAKING - stick to the recipe (you can usually adjust sugar content to taste, though)
