seeing too much hate for trans women being in lesbian spaces when they ARE lesbians so i feel the need to specify that trans women are ALWAYS welcome on my page. i see you, i hear you and i love you. you are just as much of a woman as i am and just as much of a lesbian as i am.

you don’t have to make your pita but i did (im poor) i cannot give a recipe for that because i just mix flour water sugar salt and yeast till its a dough

lentil meat:

boil red lentils in stock or bouillon cube till tender overcooking them like i did if you want (i forgot about it and the bottom burned)

put in blender with spices (i use a west asian meat spice blend from the grocery store), onion, garlic, and a little water and oil. (you will have to shake your blender it should be THICK) add salt if you want it

then take parchment paper and sandwich with more oil (you need oil so it doesn’t dry out) then flatten it and roll it up

bake at 350 for 35 mins

make sauce: tahini, lemons, garlic, vegan mayo and salt

make sumac onion (i don’t know if this is right): sumac, parsley, onion, olive brine(i was out of vinegar) (also used my mind)

make pita (or use store bought just not an israeli brand thanks)

take lentil meat out and unwrap, put sauce on pita, then meat, then onion, pickle, and roll

take a pan and heat oil and pomegranate molasses and seal (?) shawarma till crisp

eat
