There was a quote floating around a while back that I mis-attributed to Carver—when actually it was from Ben Edlund saying something about a relationship on the show that fans like to speculate about will be resolved…  Now, I don’t have the original source (comic con, I think?) but I’d heard it several times.  

Now some other people have told me that duh, you dummy, Ben was NOT talking about Supernatural.  That could be, I don’t know and I haven’t had time to re-watch the Comic Con interviews.  

All I know is that when we were chatting the quote was brought up and I repeated it as best as my memory allowed.  Misha listened and  looked thoughtful and said, “A relationship that fans like to speculate about? Well, yeah, that would sound like he’s talking about Dean and Cas to me. That’s really the only love relationship on the show that it could apply to.”

At the meet n greet, after the above comment that Misha made, we all must’ve made astonished faces because Misha impatiently said, I think the love there is made pretty clear.

And I said, Sure, on Cas’s part, its well established that he loves Dean, but I don’t think it is on Dean’s side. (yes, arguing just to get him to elaborate, I’m bad)

And he sorta rolled his eyes and said, C’mon, in the first few episodes, Dean’s running around Purgatory, chopping off heads, Where’s the angel, where’s the angel, you know, the guy I’m in love with?

Us:   I DON’T REMEMBER DEAN SAYING THAT!!

Misha: He might as well have. You know, we know what it is, what’s going on. We don’t talk about it. The actors don’t, Jensen and I don’t. But we’re all perfectly aware of how the relationship is, the writers are completely aware of how it’s being written. It may be unspoken but that doesn’t mean it’s not there or not true.

because every person who identifies as female should be allowed to choose if they want to get married, have kids, have a career, go to uni etc etc without expectations

because tampons and sanitary pads are stupidly expensive

because some people reading this will have flinched at the fact i just said ‘tampon’

because there are men out there whose job it is to make young girls feel like absolute shit about themselves just so they can sell the next best beauty product

because female masturbation isn’t considered normal whilst men can talk about their own penises for hours on end

because feminists are still seen as crazy lesbians who dont shave and some still feel like they have to defend themselves by claiming theyre not any of those things when in fact if i want to be a passionate lady who likes other ladies and cant be bothered to shave my legs every twenty minutes then thats my choice and if i want to be someone who wears make up and shaves and goes out partying then thats my choice and if i want to be a combination of the two or anything in between then thats. my. choice.

because i believe anyone who identifies as female is fucking badass and deserves the same rights as every privileged stuck up old white man sitting around and making laws about our bodies
