Ughh my parents are making me have a birthday party. It doesn’t help that some of the people coming were confirmed cases. I didn’t want one last year, so I sure as hell don’t want one this year during a pandemic. I don’t really have a choice in it though

Don’t completely ignore people’s disabilities, but don’t make so you’re talking to the person’s disability and not the person. These are to extremes I think people should try to avoid.

Happy Halloween!!! Both of my parents are were born on Halloween on separate years. My mom has a twin sister, so that’s three birthdays were celebrating today. My dad was also supposed to be a twin, but his brother died in the womb. My family takes Halloween very seriously because my mom and consider themselves to be the king and queen of Halloween.

I’d like to say that I get a lot of calls from random people, and because of a wrong number text I’m pretty sure my number is very similar to a real estate agent’s, and I I’ve cost this guy like 150 calls. (I started counting so that’s the minimum.) Assuming from that text he sounds like a total jerk, in which case he deserves it.

I hvave a teacher with the last name Child and he starts out every class with “Hello children” and it feels like a youtuber intro.

Tiny me had almost no concept of gender beyond stereotypes, so my attempt at getting them to understand that I’m not a girl was to pretend to hate princesses and dresses(which I do kind of hate). That didn’t work so I gave up, repressed it, started feeling depressed at 9 and had no idea why. Even my dad noticed how upset I was, and he’s rarely ever home. Looking back, there was a lot of signs that I wasn’t cis, but couldn’t communicate that because no one ever told me being any form of not cis was possible. If there was more lgbt+ education in schools then I’d like to think that some of my distress could of been avoided. At the very least I could of not felt suicidal after finally thinking about my gender identity again. Sorry this is kinda long.

I took a look at my elementary school diary, and it seems I knew about my the bi part of my sexuality at 7, forgot, remembered in 4th grade, forgot again, and finally rembered for the last time when I was in 5th. Seems about right given my memory.

I’ve always liked, “It’s going to be okay” more than, “It’s okay” because it doesn’t sound like you’re undermining their feelings. It more of a “hey, I understand that you’re not okay right now, but it will get better”
