I wish poto 1989 had a book adaptation.
The whole reincarnation thing with the devil pact and the love and music never die plot is so good, it just needed more. Maybe to see some of her other lives, if she had any, I don't know.
I don't know guys, I really kinda like. It's like finding a good fanfic .
The Story of The Phantom
My villian origin story is looking for POTO 1989 fanfiction and seeing there's a bunch of new ones only to realize it was just added randomly to the tags. Erik Destler is not baby boy Cherik, he is not the OG, not Berik and he's definitely NOT the Rat Fucker. Where's the chandelier when you need it.
I knew, you know, I knew I had a thing for Ben Lewis after hearing him sing in Love Never Dies online, okay? But I didn't think I'd develop a THING for Ben Crawford after seing him on stage in person. THAT man is THE PHANTOM I'm not kidding, my breath stopped, I couldn't look up when he sang. I could see ladies pressing their KNEES together. WTF! What is it with all these Ben's and trying to kill me, so not cool. I love them

Book Quotes I Can't Believe I Forgot About
"You're afraid, but do you love me? If Erik were handsome, would you love me?" -Raoul
"Why tempt fate, Raoul? Why ask about things that I keep at the back of my mind, like sins?" -Christine
"Two Hundred Thousand Kilos on a Concierge's Head"
(The falling of the chandelier)
Did I buy a tiny ass notebook just because it says "Love Never Dies"? Well yes, yes I did!
I think I’m gonna start a collection.
Found this beautiful puppy a while ago at my local used bookstore, already had a Phantom of the Opera book but I couldn’t stop myself so here are some pictures.
My first one: a paperback found in the same used bookstore, because I refuse to buy new books when there are so many beautiful babies that have been abandoned out there. The cover is based on the 1925 movie, which is actually one of the movies I don’t like, but the cover is cute.
My new baby: a hardback and a precious, precious baby. Love the gargoyle, love the style, love the fact that it was from Barnes & Nobles because we don’t have one of those in Puerto Rico so this baby has travelled. And if someone thinks I won’t read this just because I have the other one, you would be wrong.
My newest baby
I found this baby in a thrift store, with the iconic boat scene. It's from The World's Biggest Bookstore?
I really like it because the owner marked the dates in which they'd read (1991) and if they didn't understand a word they'd write the definition in spanish or english in the margins. Or if they liked something they'd mark it to remember it and it's all really cute.

Lookalike Christines
•1983- dead wife
•1990 (mini series) - his mother
•Phantom of the Theater 2016 - her sister, his dead fiance
• Opera 1987 - her mother, "his dead _____ who knows really"
•1998 -One of his Rats maybe?
Honestly why is this trope even a thing? Everytime I see something even remotely similar (looking at you vampire diaries) I want to throw my laptop out the window.
*not my gif*
The characters thoughts in the chandelier scene, Phantom of the Opera 1983
I just realized, that is a tiny ass chandelier, what the hell was he trying to accomplish
Reblogging myself because Why not?🤷🏽♀️
Saw this at a store today, thought poto🥰
"She is singing to-night to bring the chandelier down!"
Erik in Phantom of the Opera by Gaston Leroux
Can someone PLEASE!! write this fic
I had this dream that Erik and Christine couldn't have children and they ended up in an orphanage to adopt. There they meet a little girl who's blind and sings beautifully and when the girl goes to touch their faces Erik asks her if she wouldn't mind if her father was so ugly. To which she responded by asking if he wouldn't mind that she was blind and not like other girls. Christine and Erik burst out crying and they take her home, they feel complete.

"Little Lotte thought of everything and nothing. Her hair was gold as the sun's rays and her soul as clear and blue as her eyes. She wheedled her mother, was kind to her doll, took great care of her frock and her little red shoes and her fiddle, but most of all loved, when she went to sleep, to hear the Angel of Music.."
-Little Lotte as told by Daddy Daaé (The Phantom of the Opera by Gaston Leroux)
E: Christine you must love me! C: How can you talk like that? When I sing only for you…
