I think hating characters is all part of watching a show and creates good discussions. Insulting the way someone looks is where the line begins to get crossed because suddenly you’re not just insulting that particular character anymore but also the actor/actress who plays them. It is their face after all, it’s their body shape, it’s all theirs, it doesn’t belong to their character especially if special effects have not been used to alter their appearance.
For example I just called Grace’s wedding dress ugly which is was yet Annabelle is absolutely beautiful. There’s a lot of insults regarding Lizzie’s height and it’s became less about her character and more about Natasha. Hate either Grace and Lizzie all you want that’s fine but could we please stop insulting these incredibly beautiful women about the way they look as individuals.
