The bedroom door opened with a quiet click.
Y/n looked up from the book she'd been pretending to read.
Tommy stepped inside.
Not because he'd come to talk.
Because the room contained his wardrobe.
He crossed to it without acknowledging her, loosened his tie and opened the doors.
She watched him over the edge of her book.
"...You know."
Nothing.
"You could knock."
He removed his waistcoat.
"I just did."
She frowned.
"No, you opened the door."
"I knocked first."
"You waited half a second."
"You answered."
"I didn't."
"You looked at me."
She stared.
"...That's not answering."
"It was enough."
He folded the waistcoat neatly over the chair.
Silence settled again.
She hated that he could make silence feel like another person in the room.
"So..." she said eventually.
"We're just sharing a bedroom now?"
"We're not."
She looked around.
"There appears to be one bed."
"I'm aware."
"And?"
"I'll sleep elsewhere."
She lowered the book.
"...Why?"
He opened a drawer.
"Because you don't want me in here."
"So?"
"So I won't be."
He said it as though discussing the weather.
Not generous.
Not hurt.
Simply factual.
She hated how impossible he was to read.
"You don't have to be noble."
"I'm not."
"You expect me to thank you?"
"No."
Another shirt disappeared into a leather case.
"Then why?"
He paused for only a second.
"The servants."
"What about them?"
"They talk."
"So?"
"If I move you to another room tomorrow..."
He shut the wardrobe.
"...they'll assume we're not getting along."
"We're not getting along."
"They'll talk."
"And?"
"The whole town will know by Thursday."
There it was.
Not kindness.
Strategy.
Everything with Thomas Shelby was strategy.
She folded her arms.
"So this is about appearances."
"It's always about appearances."
He picked up the leather case.
She watched him reach the door.
"...Thomas."
He stopped.
Without turning.
"...Would you really care if they talked?"
A beat.
Then—
"I care when people think."
Not about us.
Not about you.
Just—
People thinking.
He walked out.
The door clicked shut.
The following morning—
Y/n wandered downstairs after barely sleeping.
The dining room was already occupied.
Arthur.
John.
Polly.
Tommy.
No one looked up when she entered except Polly.
"There she is."
Arthur shoved an entire slice of toast into his mouth.
John grinned.
"Morning, Mrs. Shelby."
She glared.
"Call me that again and I'll throw this teapot at you."
John laughed.
"She's definitely one of us."
She sat.
A maid appeared almost instantly, placing a cup before her.
Chamomile.
She frowned.
"I didn't ask for tea."
"You always drink tea first thing."
John looked up.
"You do?"
She blinked.
"...Yes."
John shrugged.
"Funny."
"What is?"
"We've never had chamomile in this house before."
Silence.
Y/n looked at the cup.
Then at the maid.
"Who told you to make this?"
The maid hesitated.
"Mr. Shelby."
Everyone kept eating.
Tommy didn't even glance up from the newspaper.
Y/n looked at him.
"...You remembered."
No answer.
She tried again.
"I haven't lived here in five years."
Still nothing.
Arthur looked between them.
"Tom."
Nothing.
John kicked Arthur under the table.
Arthur shut up.
The silence stretched.
Finally Tommy turned one page of the newspaper.
"It wasn't difficult."
That was all.
Not I remembered.
Not I thought you'd like it.
Just—
"It wasn't difficult."
Then he continued reading as though the conversation had never happened.
Y/n looked down at the tea.
It irritated her far more than if he'd forgotten.
Because remembering meant he'd noticed.
And noticing meant...
No.
She refused to think about what it meant.
She took a sip anyway.
Across the table, hidden behind the newspaper, the corner of Tommy's mouth twitched almost imperceptibly.

The church smelled of candle wax and rain.
Y/n couldn't remember a single word the priest had spoken.
She remembered Lou fastening the veil over her hair.
She remembered Arthur refusing to look at her because every time he did, his eyes grew suspiciously red.
She remembered John awkwardly clearing his throat every thirty seconds.
She remembered Tommy.
Standing beside her.
Close enough that she could smell expensive tobacco and cedar.
Far enough that he might as well have been on the other side of England.
"...Do you, Thomas Michael Shelby..."
"I do."
His answer came steady.
Certain.
As though someone had merely asked him the weather.
The priest turned to her.
Every eye in the church followed.
For one impossible second she imagined saying no.
Running.
Throwing the bouquet at Uncle Richie.
Punching Tommy in the jaw for good measure.
Instead—
"I..."
Her voice cracked.
She swallowed.
"...I do."
The words tasted like ash.
---
The celebration afterwards felt less like a wedding and more like a business meeting that happened to include cake.
Shelby Company men drank.
Polly talked quietly with the women.
Arthur had already started singing despite the fact no one had asked him to.
John laughed loud enough for everyone.
Ada squeezed Y/n's hand every chance she got.
Tommy disappeared.
Of course he had.
She found him nearly an hour later standing outside beneath the grey afternoon sky, cigarette glowing between his fingers.
"You've been hiding."
"I've been smoking."
"Same thing."
He glanced sideways.
"You shouldn't be outside."
"And yet..."
She spread her arms dramatically.
"...here I am."
He sighed through his nose.
"Billy Kimber."
"I'm aware he exists."
"He'll be aware you exist if you keep standing in the open."
She rolled her eyes.
"You know, for someone who married me this morning, you're surprisingly romantic."
"I wasn't trying to be."
"I noticed."
She expected another sharp reply.
Instead—
"You'll catch cold."
She blinked.
"...What?"
"The wind."
He looked toward the clouds.
"It's getting worse."
She stared.
"Did Thomas Shelby just express concern?"
"No."
"You did."
"I observed the weather."
"Oh."
He nodded once.
"The weather concerns me."
She couldn't help it.
A tiny laugh escaped.
It surprised both of them.
He looked at her.
Really looked.
Not the way he'd looked during negotiations.
Not the way he'd looked at the train station.
Just...
Her.
The laugh disappeared as quickly as it'd come.
Neither of them mentioned it.
---
Dinner was somehow worse.
Everyone insisted they sit together.
Side by side.
Like an actual married couple.
Arthur kept raising his glass.
"To Tommy finally settling down!"
John nearly choked trying not to laugh.
Ada kicked Arthur beneath the table.
Polly pinched the bridge of her nose.
Y/n stabbed a potato with unnecessary violence.
Tommy calmly buttered bread.
"You look murderous," he murmured without looking up.
"I'm imagining this potato is your head."
"You've been doing that since breakfast."
"You noticed?"
"I notice everything."
She hated how softly he'd said it.
---
Later that evening Lou appeared carrying two suitcases.
"Your things."
Y/n frowned.
"My things?"
"For Arrow House."
Silence.
"Oh."
She'd forgotten.
Not the marriage.
The moving.
Lou hugged her so tightly she almost cried again.
"You can always visit."
"I know."
"And if he gives you trouble..."
Lou looked directly at Tommy.
"...remember I know where you sleep."
Arthur burst into laughter.
Even John smiled.
Tommy inclined his head with complete seriousness.
"I'll keep that in mind."
---
The drive to Arrow House passed almost entirely in silence.
Rain tapped gently against the windows.
Y/n watched Birmingham disappear behind them.
Tommy read papers as though today were no different from any other Tuesday.
Finally—
"Do you always work?"
"Mostly."
"Even on your wedding day?"
"I fell behind."
She stared.
"I can't decide if that's impressive or depressing."
"It can be both."
She looked back out the window.
"...I used to think we'd spend our wedding day differently."
The words escaped before she could stop them.
Silence filled the carriage.
Long.
Heavy.
When he finally spoke, his voice had lost all sharpness.
"...So did I."
She turned.
He was still looking down at the papers.
But he wasn't reading anymore.
---
Arrow House stood enormous against the evening sky.
She climbed out slowly.
"It's..."
She searched for the word.
"...ridiculous."
"It's practical."
"It's got more windows than Birmingham."
"It does."
"Do you actually know how many rooms are in this place?"
"No."
"You bought a house without counting the rooms?"
"I needed a house."
She laughed.
"You are impossible."
"So I've been told."
For the first time that day...
It almost felt easy.
Almost.
---
A maid showed her upstairs before quietly disappearing.
The bedroom door opened.
Y/n stopped dead.
One room.
One enormous bed.
One fireplace already burning.
She slowly turned to Tommy.
"...Absolutely not."
He looked from her...
...to the bed...
...then back again.
"I'll have another room prepared."
She blinked.
"You will?"
"Yes."
"You aren't going to argue?"
"No."
"Or tell me we're husband and wife?"
"No."
He loosened his tie with visible exhaustion.
"I'm too tired to fight with you tonight."
She didn't know why that disappointed her just a little.
Before he reached the door, she spoke quietly.
"...Thomas."
He paused.
Without turning around.
"...Thank you."
It was barely louder than a whisper.
He stood there for a long moment.
Then gave the smallest nod.
"...Goodnight, Y/n."
The door clicked shut behind him.
She sat alone on the edge of the bed.
For the first time since she'd returned to Birmingham...
She left Birmingham five years ago, swearing she'd never come back.
Then one letter changes everything.
Now she's trapped in the city she escaped, hunted by dangerous men, haunted by the boy she once loved—and forced into an arranged marriage with the one person she'd rather die than call her husband.

The morning arrived grey and merciless.
The rain had stopped sometime before dawn, leaving tiny droplets clinging to the bedroom window. Birmingham looked clean from the outside.
Inside, nothing had changed.
Y/n hadn't slept.
She had spent the entire night sitting on the window seat with her knees tucked against her chest, watching the street below until darkness slowly gave way to morning. Every hour she'd told herself she should try to sleep.
She never did.
There was no point.
Sleep was for people who woke up with something worth waking for.
A soft knock came at the bedroom door.
She didn't answer.
Another knock.
Silence.
The handle turned anyway.
Lou stepped inside first, carrying an ivory wedding dress folded carefully over both arms. Polly followed behind her with a small polished wooden box tucked beneath one arm.
Neither woman spoke.
"...Morning, sweetheart," Lou said gently.
Y/n kept staring out of the window.
"Is it?"
Lou's smile faded.
She laid the dress across the bed with almost painful care.
It was beautiful.
Simple silk.
Long sleeves.
Tiny pearl buttons.
The sort of dress little girls imagined wearing after falling asleep listening to fairy tales.
The sort of dress Y/n had imagined wearing once.
When she was seventeen.
When she thought Thomas Shelby would be the man waiting for her at the altar because she couldn't picture a future where he wasn't.
Now it felt like a funeral dress.
Polly watched her for a long moment.
"You should wash your face."
"I did."
"No."
Y/n finally looked at her.
"I cried afterwards."
Neither woman answered.
Lou crossed the room and gently tucked loose strands of hair behind Y/n's ear.
"Oh..."
Her voice cracked.
"My poor girl."
The skin beneath Y/n's eyes had turned almost purple.
Her eyelids were swollen.
Her lips were split from biting them through the night.
She looked less like a bride...
...and more like someone who had been mourning for years.
Lou instinctively reached for her hand.
"When did you last eat, sweetheart?"
"I'm not hungry."
"That's not what I asked."
"I'm still not hungry."
"You didn't come down for dinner."
Silence.
"You missed breakfast."
Another silence.
"You didn't even drink your tea."
Y/n looked down.
Polly's voice became quieter.
"When?"
She knew that voice.
It was the same one Polly had used whenever she already knew the answer.
"When did you last have a proper meal?"
"...Yesterday."
"What did you eat?"
"A little bread."
"And before that?"
Y/n shrugged.
"The café lets us take home whatever's left."
Lou frowned.
"...Whatever's left?"
"If there is anything left."
"And if there isn't?"
"I make tea."
Lou stared at her.
"Tea?"
"It fills your stomach."
"No."
"It tricks it."
Silence settled over the room.
Polly didn't move.
"Has it really been that hard in London?"
Y/n gave a tired laugh.
"You've never tried paying London rent on café wages."
Nobody answered.
She shrugged again.
"I managed."
Polly shook her head.
"No."
"You survived."
"Those aren't the same thing."
Y/n couldn't argue.
Because Polly was right.
Lou quietly turned away, wiping at her eyes before anyone noticed.
Polly simply looked at the girl she'd helped raise.
The child who'd followed Arthur around insisting she wanted to learn how to box.
The girl who'd spent every summer afternoon talking Thomas Shelby's ear off while he pretended he wasn't listening.
The teenager who laughed louder than anyone else whenever Tommy laughed.
Now...
She could see every bone in her shoulders.
"...Come here."
Y/n obeyed without thinking.
Polly opened the wooden box.
Inside rested an old silver hairbrush.
Her mother's.
Y/n hadn't seen it in years.
Polly began brushing the knots from her hair exactly the way she had when Y/n was little.
Slowly.
Patiently.
Neither of them spoke.
Some silences were kinder than words.
After a while Y/n whispered,
"I thought you'd stop him."
"The marriage."
The brush paused for only a heartbeat.
"I tried."
Y/n blinked.
"You did?"
"He'd already made up his mind."
"You could've changed it."
Polly smiled sadly.
"I can't always change Richie's mind."
"You usually can."
"Usually."
Y/n laughed bitterly.
"So everyone thinks this is for the best."
"No."
"Then why?"
"Because Billy Kimber won't stop."
"I can protect myself."
"I know."
"I've done it before."
"I know."
"I don't need Thomas."
"I know."
Tears blurred her reflection.
"So why?"
Polly carefully set the brush down.
"...Because I buried one girl already."
Y/n froze.
Polly almost never spoke about her sister.
No one did.
The room suddenly felt smaller.
"I still wish..." Y/n whispered.
"No."
"I do."
"No."
"It should've been me."
Polly turned her around so quickly the chair scraped loudly against the floor.
"Don't."
"It should've been me."
"Don't ever say that again."
"She would've known what to do."
"No."
"She was better than me."
"No."
"They took the wrong sister."
Polly grabbed her face between both hands.
"They took your sister."
Her voice broke.
"They did not leave me with the wrong daughter."
Silence.
"I miss her."
"I know."
"I still hear her laughing."
"I know."
"I still wake up thinking she's alive."
"I know."
Y/n finally broke.
She buried her face against Polly's shoulder and sobbed like she hadn't since she was sixteen.
"I'm scared."
"I know."
"I don't want this."
"I know."
"I wanted..."
She couldn't finish.
She didn't have to.
Polly already knew whose name she couldn't say.
Thomas.
Not the man waiting downstairs.
The boy.
The boy who had climbed through Richie's bedroom window because he'd been too nervous to knock.
The boy who laughed until he couldn't breathe because she'd accidentally punched Arthur instead of the training bag.
The boy who kissed her behind the house at seventeen and promised, with all the certainty only teenagers possess, that when the war ended they'd never have to say goodbye again.
Polly stroked her hair.
"So did Thomas."
Y/n slowly looked up.
"What?"
"The Thomas you loved."
Not Thomas Shelby.
Not Mr. Shelby.
Thomas.
"The boy before France."
Silence.
"He would've asked your uncle properly."
A tiny smile touched Polly's lips.
"He would've spent weeks rehearsing it."
Y/n laughed weakly through her tears.
"He would've forgotten the ring."
"He would've."
"He would've stumbled over every word."
"And Arthur would've laughed at him for months."
Another tiny smile.
"He would've smiled the whole day."
Polly nodded.
"He used to smile all the time."
The smile disappeared from both their faces.
"...He's gone."
Polly didn't argue.
She simply nodded.
"Yes."
Not dead.
But gone.
"The war brought Thomas Shelby home."
She gently wiped another tear from Y/n's cheek.
"But the boy you loved..."
Her own eyes filled.
"...he never came back."
Silence settled over the room.
Even the rain seemed quieter.
Lou finally lifted the wedding dress.
"Come on, sweetheart."
Together they dressed her.
The silk slid over her shoulders.
Lou fastened each pearl button one by one.
When Y/n looked into the mirror...
She barely recognized herself.
She looked beautiful.
Not like a bride.
Like someone preserving the memory of the girl she used to be before walking toward the life she'd never chosen.
I just finished the third chapter, and I know it's too early to ask much about Anya because of spoilers, but I'm curious about one thing:
Anya's full name is Anna? Anya is short for Anna (like Tom is short for Thomas) in Russian.
Hmmm yeah I’ll admit it’s a bit spoiliery, we kinda get into what and why Anya is named that in a few chapters. But the basic summary is ‘Anya’ isn’t necessarily her real name, it’s a name that was chosen for her, kinda like ‘Dove’ was. But overtime the name Anya becomes something meaningful to her identity, something she makes her own.
And I don’t know if this is clear or not, but she has amnesia, so she doesn’t remember what her original name was.
Because of that, my goal is for her story to be focusing on the idea on identity and what that could mean to us. And her learning to build and grow on her identity.
But basically to answer your question, it was a name picked without thought or care by people who didn’t care about her. Just something easy to call her at the time.
But as to why I picked it, well, that’s something I’ve debated talking about for a while. It’s to do with the mystery of her identity and what I based her off of. A hint I’ll give is She’s kinda my interpretation of a famous story. I just hope people will like the reveal and not think of it as unoriginal.
I thought about just saying who she is so I don’t feel self conscious about it. But the reveal happens A LOT later in the story, so I don’t know if it’s worth revealing, but it could be obvious to some people, so idk😅🤷🏽♀️
Summary: You are from one of the most notorious families in Chicago and you were about to make deals with the most notorious families of England.

Peaky Blinder Masterlist
Leader of the Peaky Blinders Masterlist
Billy Hill is no more. You were slightly upset you weren't there for the ending of the man that tried to kill you and your unborn child days prior, but at least you know he wasn't going to be an issue anymore. Even for his men they, switched up and are now under Peaky Blinder employment, now that Thomas took over all of Billy's business'. Now, time for the Nelson's.
Stood in the kitchen with Ada, Polly and John the day after the killing of Billy Hill. Your body was pretty achey, and you just felt bloated all the time.
"Y/N" You heard your name pulling you out of your thoughts. Your eyebrows raised to Polly, showing her your attention.
"Have you and Thomas made any plans for the birth of the baby?" She asked sipping your tea.
"Not necessarily yet. We are speaking with my father today, about the wedding, and the baby, and everything. So we should have more insight on a plan by the end of the day." You said and took a sip of your tea.
"Well, I know I'm super excited to have a sister. Especially, a sister as bad ass as you. Tired of all these men." Ada said with a smile looking at John.
"I could agree with that." He said drinking down his whiskey. You smiled, but then felt your stomach start to churn.
"Excuse me." You said standing from the table and going to the bathroom that was just down the hall. Slightly heaving because you didn't have much in your stomach to start with, this morning sickness was getting old. Standing up and washing your hands and splashing water on your face. You looked at yourself in the mirror seeing your cheeks were beginning to fill out. You lifted your shirt, seeing the slight bump that has formed. Rubbing it softly. You heard a knock at the door, and you opened it. A smiling spread across your face seeing those icy blue eyes that you loved so much.
"Hello, Mr. Shelby" You said stepping out of the bathroom.
"Hello, Miss. Capone. How are you?" He asked wrapping an arm around around you.
"Better, now that I see you." You said planting a kiss on his lips. Deepening the kiss and now adding tongue. Thomas pulled back and looked at you.
"As much as I would love to bend you over the sink in that bathroom behind you, and watch your face in the mirror as I fuck you from behind right now, we have a meeting with your father." Thomas explained in detail.
"Fine, you will have to make it up to me later then." You said pecking a kiss and walking away down the hall towards Thomas office. Tommy following next to you as you approach his office and walked in. Your father wasn't there yet, but he should be shortly. You poured a whiskey for your dad, Frank and Tommy. You asked Frances to bring you tea, so you poured yourself some of that. Grabbing one of the glasses of whiskey and bringing it over to Tommy, who sat in a chair in front of the couch and next to another chair in the middle of his office. Handing him the glass, and he grabbed your hand before you could walk away. He kissed the top of your hand and then pulled you in to lay a kiss on your stomach.
"I truly cannot wait to start a family with you." He almost whispered. Hearing a knock at the door sound you looked back as the door opened. Your father and Frank walking in, you smiled and walked over to them. Kissing them both on the cheek and they went and took a seat on the couch. You grabbed both glasses of whiskey and handed them out. Grabbing your tea, you sat in the chair next to Thomas.
"Hi Dad, Hi Frank" You said with a smile and sipped your tea.
"Hello my beautiful daughter." Your dad smiled at you.
"Alright, so Billy has been taken care of. Now, Nelson's." Your father spoke getting to business first.
"Yes, we are planning on leaving tomorrow to go back home. As soon as we get off the boat we are right to business to find him." Frank said speaking off of your father.
"I do expect that you and my daughter will be joining us on the boat tomorrow also." Your father asked Tommy.
"I was not planning on it, but I can make it happen. I would be bringing my family along with, and some of the peaky boys if that is alright with you Mr. Capone?" Thomas asked sipping his whiskey.
"Perfectly fine." He spoke.
"So, enough with this business until we get back to Chicago and have a better understanding of everything happening over there." You spoke up, sitting up in your seat.
"This baby." You breathed out, still not used to that word, and you in the same sentence.
"And the wedding of course." Thomas spoke up. You looked at him with a smirk.
"I believe that is only appropriate that you do marry on American soiling Chicago so I can give my daughter away properly." You father spoke up, almost begging in a a way. You looked at Thomas who just had his blank expression on his face.
"I can agree to that. I feel in traditional fashion it is very appropriate. Then I think it's fair that I give birth to this baby here, in England. I will be living here most of the year, but of course will be in Chicago a lot." You spoke up letting everyone in the room know you also made decisions, especially when it came to the family you will be building.
"Your mother will be somewhat distraught with that decision, but its you life my darling." your father said with a slight smirk on his face.
"I'll handle mom." You said to him.
"Well then I guess that concludes it. We will be heading out in the morning!" You father said standing. You gave him a kiss on the cheeks, and the same to Frank. They left the room and it was you and Thomas now. You too a deep breathe and sat back in the chair.
"How are you feeling, love?" Thomas asked breaking the comfortable silence.
"Uhm, I've felt better, but I am growing a human, so I wasn't expecting to feel amazing 100% of the time." You said sitting up to look at him
"Well we should probably go speak to everyone, about the trip we need to take tomorrow and make sure they are all ready." He said leaning back in his seat, relaxing for a moment.
"Will Charlie be joining us?" You asked hoping he was. You wanted to spend more time with Charlie, and get to know him better. He will be a big brother after all.
"I can make it happen if you would like it." Tommy said lighting a cigarette.
"Of corse I would like it. I want to get to know him more. I've barely said 5 words to him since I've been here." You said huffing out.
"That's okay, you've been kind of busy, getting stabbed and pregnant and all." Thomas said with slight humor in his voice. He stood up and held his hand out to help you up. You stood up, and crashed your lips into his.
"I will never get tired of you." You said after breaking the kiss. He smiled and gave you a little pat on the butt.
"Mr. Shelby, don't start something you can't finish." You said with a smirk.
"I can always finish darling, but we do have more business to attend to." He said turning and walking to the door. He opened it and let you walk out first. You went to the kitchen where everyone still was.
"Meeting in the dining room everyone." You said walking into the room. You saw Charles in the corner talking with Karl.
"Charlie?" You asked look over at him. He looked over at you and smiled with his icy blue eyes, the same that his father had. He came over to you and you put an arm around him.
"Listen, I just wanted to tell you that, I am sorry I have not spoken to you that much since I have been here." You said as you walked slowly behind everyone to give you and him time to speak.
"Oh that's alright Y/N, I know you were hurt and going through some stuff. While you slept when they first brought you back, I stayed next to your bed for a few hours to make sure you were okay." Charlie said as he walked slowly next to you. You smiled, almost in tears to be quite frank, because you did not expect that from him. Charlie was 12 years old now, just about as tall as you. You turned and hugged him softly.
"Well, your father and I have some news, I want you to sit in on this meeting." You said pulling out of the hug. He smiled and shook his head. You two entered the room together, locking eyes with Tommy, who had a smile on his face as he watched you and his oldest son walk in together.
"Come sit next to me." You said to Charlie as you rounded the table to sit next to Thomas. Charlie sat between you and John. Polly, Johnny Dogs, Ada, Karl, Finn, Arthur, & Lizzie all sat at the table. Frances stood in the corner as she normally did.
"Alright, if this is everyone. Y/N and I just had a meeting with Mr. Capone and Frank." Thomas said standing with a cigarette in his mouth.
"With the business that we had done, we have more business to attend to in Chicago. They will be departing tomorrow morning to go back to Chicago. Which means, so are we. All of us." Thomas said looking at everyone. Everyone seemed agreeable except for Lizzie.
"Lizzie, do you have something to say?" You're asked see her expression.
"I just don't believe that I need to drop everything I am doing to go to Chicago, for business that doesn't involve me." She spoke with an attitude.
"Lizzie, you are apart of this business, therefore it does involve you." She rolled her eyes and sat back in her chair, lighting a cigarette.
"I will not speak of what the business right now with the children in the room. But, we would like for the kids to join us in Chicago because Y/N and I will be marrying while we are there." Thomas spoke to everyone. Everyone's eyes lit up at the idea, and they cheered. All you cared about was Charlie's expression though. He had almost the same expressions as his fathers, but you could read him a bit better. He had a smile on his face, looking like he was excited for the trip that's for sure.
"Okay, but where will we be staying in Chicago?" Polly asked speaking up for the first time.
"We have plenty of room at my house." A familiar voice said walking into the room. It was your dad, and Frank followed behind. You saw Polly's eyes light up when he saw your uncle. Remembering what she told you about what happened between them, making you slightly gag.
"That settles it, everyone go home, and pack. Frances, we do ask that you come along to help with the kids." You said standing from your seat.
"Of course m'lady" She said with a smile.
"Oh, also, I know most of you know this already, but Charlie doesn't know. I am with child, and that child is your fathers." You spoke to Charlie sitting next to you. He had a blank expression on his face, but quickly turned into a big smile. He hopped out of his seat and gave you a hug.
"I'm going to be a big brother again." He spoke into your shoulder. Slightly could hear his voice crack. You hugged him back in comfort.

hi, hoping to get some bites for this! i am a 21+ writer who writes exclusively on discord, looking for someone 21+ to write some plots in the Peaky Blinders fandom. Currently on season 4, but burning through the show quickly.
mainly looking for some someone to do John or Thomas for me. Or even an oc. I love doubling and can do pretty much anyone in return. Let’s come up with some fun stories ✨
