Mortarion He allows you to pick names for his new concoctions. It is a silly little thing, the first time you've done it as perhaps a joke, but since then it becomes something close and dear to him. So each new creation that he births will bear a name, birth in turn, from your mind and this way he feels more connected to you than anyone ever could. Magnus the Red He shares his thoughts with you non-stop. Any other lesser mind would be overwhelmed by it, but yours keeps up and even speeds up being way ahead of him. He sees this as the most ultimate form of connection and he is all here for it.

Horus Lupercal He allows you to be the one person before whom he does not need to perform. Your approval matters to him in a way that borders on worship, and he would rather be understood by you than adored by the rest of the galaxy.

Lorgar Aurelian He allows you to see how deeply he needs to be chosen. Your attention is not a comfort to him so much as a blessing, and he would rather place his faith in your hands than in the roar of any crowd.

Vulkan He allows you to rest against him without fear. He makes himself into shelter for you, and that care is so natural to him that he never thinks to call it devotion.

Corvus Corax He allows you into the quiet places he hides from everyone else. If he shares silence with you, it means he trusts you enough to let the mask fall.

Alpharius Omegon They allow you to know what no one else is certain of. Even then, they keep a piece of themselves hidden, because for them trust is never simple, but with you it is the closest they come to honesty.
