How are you guys dealing with the stress?
Hello everyone!
Hope everyone's week is starting out well. I've been trying really hard to stay on top of my class work this semester but I'm slipping. The weird thing is that I'm not accustomed to slipping like I am now, the classes I'm taking got a lot harder a lot faster than I was expecting. Not only that but my motivation has gone down too.
My friends asked me if I ever thought about seeing a therapist to check if I have depression. The concept seems foriegn to me and I really don't know what to think. I'd love to start loving life and being as effective and motivated as I was a couple years ago but I'm not sure I'd call myself depressed.
How do you guys deal with the stress?
