It didn't hit me back when I first read the books until I saw this post recently (AMAZING art btw) and made some research about it only to find that it was indeed a Rhaegar cosplay X)

She dreamt of marrying Rhaegar and her only true companion was Jaime. Then, the life she has always imagined, the dreams her father had planted in her head, they are all stolen. Robert's Rebellion happens and she's pushed into this marriage with a man she does not know, but she's willing to try. The rest is history.

People love to hate on Sansa because of her innocence and femininity, but every girl raised in a patriarchal society has at least once been in her place. At Sansa's age, Cersei too was dreaming of a prince and a place beneath him on the throne.
