From the moment he’d heard about the place, Eliasz wanted to be as far away from the island as possible. Resurrecting dinosaurs was a horrible idea, but it seemed that Eliasz was a small majority of people with common sense. And If it wasn’t for his desperate need for work, Eliasz wouldn’t have been here. But he couldn’t say no and they needed an engineer, so here he was. Fortunately for Eliasz, his work kept him away from the creatures most of the time. So having finished some daily maintenance, Eliasz was now on break.
The woman had a scotch on the rocks in front of her as she looked at her phone, trying to ignore most of the people around. They were visitors and they were annoying most of the time. She wanted a section of the restaurants where the employees could be away from all the people, but every time she was told it would be rude and would cost more or some other dumb excuse.
At least here she didn't care what happened if she was hit on by someone visiting the park. The woman with scars on her face rarely had that happen, but tonight someone tried. She was about to say something before the familiar voice of the engineer from earlier stopped her. Electing to engage in a better conversation, she turned her attention to the man on her other side. "It's been a hassle and I've been told I can't yell at patrons, but it's okay. My girl is healing," she answered. "What about your day? Thank you... By the way. Thanks for coming and helping."
