Opening Shift: Focus dapat sa docs (update daily), harvest expired/Near Expiry Monitoring. Uploading of Sales/Scheduled pickup.

Closing shift: docs, refill selling area, segregate damaged /expired, organize storage/counter area.

Graveyard shift: General Cleaning, refill, receiving/refilling new delivers (Closing procedures included!)

Hindi nagagawa karamihan sa opening and closing shift, tapos iaasa nyo sa graveyard? Tapos magccomplain bakit hindi nakapasa sa QA?

Most of the time sa weekend tuwing may GY, wala kayong nilalagay na tao sa closing shift? mid lang? really? Tapos kasama pa mismo sa GY, walang pakialam. Namimili ng gagawin potek.

Shh nalang ako, nagre-remind pa ako nung una mga concern na need gawin. eh ayaw nyo, EDI WAG! Lakas makareklamo! Kumpleto sa tao yung store pero parang isa/dalawa lang kumikilos. Dami palagi napupunta sakin na gawain, overworked na!!! Tapos kulang pa rin? Not my fault. Puro kayo endorse, dahil kulang sa time or dahil natatamad lang kayo? Settle this, settle that. NO ACTION TAKEN!

Bahala talaga yan.

Ang negative kasamaaa! Waaaaaa, your problem outside of work, wag dalahin sa work. It pays you for "working", not for "ranting problems". Set it aside. ewan baaaa.... parang yung isa dyan, hindi aware.
