It’s a hot-as-salsa day today as Pearl and Marina go to the carnival for a few rounds of G-Whack-a-Mole-E.

“HEY, DEDEDE, SUCK IT UP!”

“So all I have to do is go up to someone’s house, say “Trick or Treat,” and then I’ll get candy?”

“Yep! And if they don’t feel like giving any out, that’s when we trick ‘em! With EGGS!”

“That seems kinda mean... There was never anything like this back in the kettles...”

“Heh, right? But don’t worry, Hilda! It’s a lot of fun! Plus, you’ve got us to accompany you, as well as Agent 3! We’ll all help you make this the best Splatoween ever!”

“Marina’s right. Now can I please take this dang picture already?”

“Thanks, you guys...”

It’s Halloween today, but more importantly, it’s the last day of October, so it’s as good a time as any to finally introduce you to my Agent 8, Hilda. She’s a rather smart cookie who grew up a bit unlike other Octarians in that she didn’t believe that Inklings were as bad as others believed, even though they were responsible for the Octarians’ current lifestyle. This has caused the other Octarians to see her as a naive fool. Luckily, fate led her to being trapped in the Deepsea Metro alongside Agent 3 and Captain Cuttlefish, which eventually let her migrate to Inkopolis and start a new life.

My dude, in more ways than one, this has been a long time coming, and now the moment has finally arrived. At this point, you’ve heard everything else from everyone else, so I’m just gonna say this: You make sure to come back safe now, you hear? Boy, it’s a good thing I held off on posting this until the Halloween models got ported. Here’s Pearl and Marina as the Trick or Trick Kid and the Smelly Ghost from Earthbound. Of course, Marina isn’t smelly, so I had to change the name for her.
