The young man who currently holds the title of Elidibus on the Convocation of Fourteen. As emissary, it is his job to represent his peers in special matters, be it political or personal. His judgment is impartial, his word absolute, and whatever ruling comes to pass under his orders must be respected when invoking his role. Though young, he carries out his duties with relative ease, but certain social cues and phrases may yet escape his understanding…

yeah okay so he’s a walking spoiler i’m sorry in advance, like literally he is.

somehow grows up to become one of the most heartbreaking anti-villains in the entire game. like literally. i’ve said literally twice now but it’s so true.

not depressed, moody, or any of that negative stuff like his older self! he still has his optimism and hopeful way of going about things.

knows how to talk to people, but stumbles around when trying to engage them on a personal matter in the way of friendship. this is what happens when you’re young and in such a high place of authority

not familiar with the warrior of light as an adversary, only as a friend. please treat him gently...or don’t. the choice is yours!

has he told you about azem? or the convocation and how cool they are? no? well now he’s going to.

currently helping his buddy erichthonios who has dad issues except now he’s not doing that and here’s here...what will erich do in his absence? only time will tell i guess.

Fascinating, is the only thing that comes to mind as he proceeds to its side and plucks one of the flowers that he assumes was being admired and turns to offer it to her. "They're free to take, I hear. If you had a mind to gather a few, I'd say now would be the best time before they're completely buried in snow for the coming months." But enough chitchat and beating around the bush, Themis begins with his true query. "…Forgive me if this is impolite, but what species do you belong to?"

    “ Dating…hm. Love can be much of a hassle in such regards though worth it, if one wants it.”

❝ Nothing, as far as I’m aware. I was under the same impression as you. And if not, it is hardly as if they should expect you to do what they say simply because it’s of their own belief. ❞

   “ There is nothing wrong with such. However, people think extravagance for this holiday is the only way to show satisfying effort. To their standards, at least. That and anything other than the norm is always considered something of a costume. “

A great force of aetherial energy radiates from the silver-haired male. Then, he recognizes the mask that hangs from his neck. When Tsuru returned from Elpis, she bore a similar robe and mask as a means to assimilate to their culture. It dawns on G’raha that he meets with no other than a person from prior to the Sundering.

Of course, his excitement soon ends and is replaced with embarrassment when this man senses Tsuru’s aether upon him. He takes a step back, flinching in his surprise, and he stares upon him in dread. His face explodes in a ruddy hue, and his ears fold back. G’raha wants to call him out for being rude, though he cannot deny the truth.

“I-involved!? N-no! I wouldn’t dare to use that word–” G’raha looks off to the side, unsure how to explain to this stranger that their lovers confession only recently occurred. He clears his throat, and regains his composure. “I am good friends with the Warrior of Light. We are companions, and oft spend our time together. Despite your unexpected observation, ‘tis ensures that my assumptions are correct. You are from Elpis, are you not?”

So, judging from the reaction exhibited by the other, there had been some truth in Themis's observation. Perhaps one may be able to lie in what appears on the surface, but aether never deceives. Try as he may deny it, there are clearly remnants of someone else's aetherial signature that linger on his person. This gets a chuckle out of Themis, who finds this amusing. Who would have thought that the guiding star of Pandaemonium would leave their mark on someone he'd come to encounter as well?

"So, have you come to make a sacrifice of your own, or are you perhaps here to enjoy the view as well?" Themis does not move from where he sits, only opting to look over his shoulder after he poses his question.

The Garden of Ash seemed like yet another riveting discovery that would indeed broaden his horizons. Indeed, as Themis crouches down in front of a bed of flowers, ash raining down to cover both his hair and robe in a light layer of ash, he finds himself engrossed in his observations. So much so that he finds himself speaking out loud. "It's fascinating, isn't it? These flowers' persistence to grow in the face of what should be considered an unsuitable environment. The ash should leave them withered and yet…" He plucks a single flower--a bird of paradise--and stands, turning his attention toward his, probably confused and somewhat unwilling, company.

"See? Here. It blooms, still. A testament to its will to survive. Perhaps an allusion to mankind, as well." Perhaps that last part was a bit of a reach, but still.

"Lovely, isn't it? Is this perhaps familiar scenery to you? They've said that one may be able to find familiar paintings. Or maybe you just find yourself interested in its detail, which I must admit is…very well done."

"And this wyvern is your companion, you say?" What a peculiar choice of pet, though he supposes people have chosen and created far worse on Etheirys. A wyvern is rather tame, all things considered. As Themis crouches down to study her, he is met with a very enthusiastic bark to which he smiles. "Suddenly I see the appeal, although I'm quite sure any wyvern concept I could create myself would pale in comparison to this one that you've brought into existence. A shame."

Again, a fascinating sight to see someone so young engrossed by knowledge, she may not be much different from him in that aspect. Though seeing as she seemed preoccupied with whatever tome she seemed deep into reading currently, Themis finally clears his throat in an attempt to garner her attention. To no avail, unfortunately. This leads him to the semi-drastic measure of…simply plucking the book from her hands! "Now, I am not one to forsake research, nor am I one to disturb others usually…but I happen to need this--" As he closes it and looks over the title, he realizes that this is, in fact, not the tome he is looking for. How embarrassing.

"…I was told that you were in possession of a book detailing magical items of myth of Spirale." What he holds in his hands is clearly not that, which brings him to his next question. "…Are you 'Rin'? I was told to seek out 'Rin'."

Curious as ever and figuring that she may be able to answer a few of his lingering questions concerning the establishment he takes a seat at the edge of the pew on which she sits. Keeping a comfortable distance seemed ideal for now, seeing as he'd like to manage a good first impression, and invading personal space wasn't at the top of his list. "Are you a member of the church?" An obvious question, one would think, but not all who visited holy places were religious so it only seemed fair enough to ask.

"Religion has never quite been my forte, though I find myself interested in this world's beliefs and what they may entail."
