Stressful week. Sometimes all you can do is just draw your headmates in context-free isolation and pretend there's a good reason for it

I see a lot of systems pressuring themselves to know everything. To map everything out, get every single detail. There is a truth to this - learning about yourselves and how you& operate can improve your& life, this even worked for us - but also it isn’t a hard and fast rule.

don’t take it too far! Seriously! Don’t force yourself to know things you can’t (especially disordered systems, things are hidden from you for a reason, you need to wait to be in a safe environment), don’t get surprised or upset when things change, let yourself breathe and understand that it’s okay. If system mapping is really distressing you’re doing it wrong.

A few of us are still figuring out our identities so a couple are different from the original comic strip but yeaj.we have trouble finding labels that suit us so our gender is just idk I’m just me
