Never risking buying from Suruga-ya, not that it is a scam or anything, I'm just really unlucky.
Basically I had order some twst merch from there in January, in February I received a notice from customs that it got stuck there, and basically the customs were the double the price (which was already too much) and I couldn't pay it soooo I ignore it and cried do to the loss
2 months later I receive a email from Suruga-ya that they received the package back from customs and asking if i wanted a refund, I said yes, they said it would take around 30 days....
It took 2 months, and the cherry on top, they didn't refunded everything since yk packaging and it literally flying overseas two times, so now 4 months later I only got half of the money on a purchase I made in January and no Twst figures for me
Thank you European Union for the taxes on customs ig? Next time I will just buy from a reseller in Europe
