05-8: “The Medic”
Male. European descent. Appears to be in his 40's, likely older. Swan wings sit at either side of his head where ears would be.
Known for overseeing many of the medical operations, and is believed to have previously been a doctor, or more, with that, not even others in the council know where he came from, when asked, he names a place that does not exist.
Immortal.
He interacts with the Foundation the most, leading and overseeing many projects and is even believed to have personal relationships with some personnel. There are rumors that he has a daughter with Dir. Harvey, and more that he is with 05-13 as well.

05-8's name is Euphrasia, He is primarily focused on medical things, hence,,, the medic.... his imagery is swans, specifically white swans as Harvey is black swans.
speaking of Harvey, she's probably not getting a blog, but she's the director of task forces... Yes... ? we keeping up?
Euphrasia cares and is good at what he does, but he also slips up and can be very unprofessional, with his relationship with Harvey for example. He tends to interact too much compared to the rest of his council, and they constantly put him under much more criticism.

Im starting to believe in something some one of you had said to me.

I am Architest, a Shard, and so the leader of an order, the Order of 2, to be exact. I used to be a council member in my past life, and frankly, I feel the necessity to elaborate further.
Have you ever asked yourself why some anomalies, which you fully understand and that are a threat and are able to terminate, do not end up removed?
They receive funds from many nations as a cooperation for the amount of contained anomolies as well as much of the research being sold off to others behind the back of many.
There are many more reasons I could provide to have no faith in my past colleagues. But in all honesty, I feel most of the damage to their reputation they have done themselves.
Petty infighting and a lust for power doomed the universe that spawned us. They are to blame for the scourge upon existence, which is the void.
Not ignoring threats until they become "YOUR PROBLEM" would be a start. The core is the result of the council treating someone from a weaker GOI as a joke until it stopped being funny.
Using people as scapegoats for their own crimes pushed the man out of the Foundation and right into the arms of CI.
Perhaps working for the ACTUAL betterment of humanity.
But I know these aren't reasonable requests; after all, we are talking about the Council here. So instead I have a far more realistic fix for the issues.
Simply defunding the foundation and just letting the GOC do its actual job. Such would likely be a far more efficient and result-driven way to go about it.
The Council has been and always will be a stain upon humanity; I say this having been part of it. I believe everyone would be better off if they weren't a thing.
It will not happen in this universe, but a man can dream of a better world.

This whole show you all put on, doesn't it become tiring? With how quickly words like "god," "divine," and others of such nature are thrown around. Are these creatures that call themselves any of the above, at least the ones within this universe, really so plentiful and laughable? I hope this is a misunderstanding; else, I would happen to relate to the red one. Seeing enemies you are so used to fighting, those who you recall being a threat, reduced to these insulting imitations.
So… a council of gods… huh, what a strange sight. So many of your counterparts chase this power, yet here you are, having achieved what they desire yet not satisfied with it? Why? You all got what most other councils desire; why not just quit and leave it to the next generation, or do you cling to what once was that much?
I do so bitterly hope there is at least a single council member who actually attempts to do their job and hasn't lost themselves to petty personal desires.

I am unsure of what you mean by, “this whole show you put on.” If you’re referring to me and the other members' strength, I assure you it is not a show. I can also assure you that those in the council and that are deities have earned their spots as these things. Relating to O5-1 and what he told me is none of any outsiders business, above forbid, I have someone who I care for at the end of the day, and besides, that's been resolved.
Many can desire things without knowing what they will lose. Anyone may wish for things blindly.
We all do our jobs when the time does come. We have not broken yet, and it will be a long time before we do. Everyone has goals and wants.

Perhaps there is little hope for your council to prove itself at least in the realm of competence. It appears you haven't lost all drive [Someone by a name you cannot recognize is addressed... the name doesn't exist]. This divinity, I will ask you, rather than simply seeing it for myself. Was your "divinity" earned, taken, or gifted? A question that decided many fates, though I doubt you will believe the importance of your answer.
Do not take my statement as a challenge to your strength; I no longer see the point in such empty posturing. Gods often stop improving; they stop working. It's why so many of them die. Keep improving, keep evolving; that's the only path that doesn't end with you losing your claim to your realm.
