“Nuttin’ to see here, Cher... just ya regular ol’ mutant in chains dat’s all.” 

Remy forges a smile on his tired face. He had been in this cellar going on 3 days now, maybe four. His throat craved water and the last time he ate anything proper was way before he ended up in this shithole of a prison. 

Moans and groans from the cells beside him gave him the chills. Whatever they were doing to the mutants behind closed doors wasn’t right. In fact it was very... supernatural. You see, that’s what Gambit came to investigate and his undercover work landed him end up here, in prison. Rumor has it the doctors here were injecting mutants with these new serums trying to cure them like they some time of disease and all the failures were dying in the process... or so we thought until one of the supposed dead mutants rose from the grave and scared half bayou to death! 

Zombies! And they think us mutants are weird!
