Today I’m introducing a new bill to ban corruption, insider trading, and yes—getting rich while in Congress. Here’s what it does:

It bans stock trading by Members of Congress and their families.

It bans lobbying for foreign adversaries after you leave Congress.

It bans Members of Congress and their spouses from serving on corporate boards while they’re in office.

So no more getting rich in Congress. Our leaders should be focused on serving their communities, not their stock portfolios.
