it doesn’t matter how good you’re doing, those sad nights will creep up on you from time to time and that’s ok. doesn’t mean all your progress is gone

I really like this, but I know I for one would not be able to tell someone no even if I wasn't mentally OK to listen.

This. Any time people say, "I had to work ridiculously hard and make hard decisions, so you should have to as well." No??? Let's make it so future generations don't have to do that?? I worked two jobs while I was in college, but that doesn't mean I think everyone should have to..
