Throughout your life many things will be unclear… people, relationships, feelings, and situations galore. Some days you simply wont know how to exist anymore.

Uncertainty around will lurk in every corner. Fear, anxieties, anger, grief, and sadness will fill many unexpected days; but in the midst of this you will find connection, fullfilment, and joy. Nothing is fully good nor bad… it isn’t so simple.

Some of the highest highs will lead to the lowest of lows. Moments filled with love, joy, connection, and happiness can turn in an instant… leaving an empty hole gaping with deep sorrow for what has been lost.

Life is truly a paradox… bittersweet to say the least; but one thing remains consistent… YOU.

You are sunshine.

Your soul will always shine bright illuminating the path in which you should travel.

You are beauty.

Through any weight, hair color, makeup trend, you are so beautiful. The light that shines within and the love that radiates from your soul could never be dimmed by the expectations of those in the media.

You are love.

Though many people will fail you and break your heart, you will not harden. You will be a channel of kindness, acceptance, and healing for many. You will change many lives and spread compassion in every realm.

You are enough.

Even on the days you look in the mirror and point out every flaw, you are enough. Even on the days you can’t get out of bed and spend hours crying, you are enough. Even on your worst day, you are worthy of every good thing.

Let go of what everyone thinks and says about you. Many of your biggest fears will come true and you will come out stronger, wiser, and better.

Let go of having to be the perfect person. You are enough as you are. You will continue to evolve and learn.

Don’t let anyone kill your sparkle. Be as kind to yourself as you are other people. Rather than “treat others as you want to be treated,” treat yourself as you would treat others. It’s time, my dear.
