Morning Snack: A banana with white chocolate wonderful PB and iced green tea
Breakfast: Vanilla Greek yogurt with strawberry and kiwi slices and vanilla almond flax granola. Coffee.
Mid-morning Snack: An oatmeal raisin walnut clif bar and a nectarine
Lunch: An Annie’s organic bean and rice burrito with carrot sticks, spicy hummus, and salsa on the side.
Afternoon Snack: 2 slices of whole wheat toast. One with cream cheese, tomatoes, and thyme. One with almond butter, honey, cinnamon, and a white peach.
Dinner: Whole wheat pasta with broccoli and carrots, tossed in a garlic and herb sauce
Dessert: Red velvet cupcake with cream cheese frosting from my dad’s birthday.
Notes: Another day of greatness! I had cream cheese on my snack today and a red velvet cupcake (there’s more to come on that actually) Everything was so yummy but I am so full ugh. This no counting/measuring thing is hard. I wanted to bring out a tablespoon when I went for my almond butter but I didn’t. And for the Annie’s burrito, I never even looked at the nutritional information. Aw yeah. Anyway, I’ve been having pasta a lot this week but I’ll be switching it up tomorrow. I hope everyone had good food days today! :) x
