It’s time for our eleventh (!!!) round of SQSN! Read on to find out how to sign up for another round of writing, creating, editing, cheerleading madness.

Please don’t message us here on Tumblr for help - it is the worst way to get our attention, as we’re rarely on here!

Once you’ve read the FAQ and Schedule, it’s time to get this party started!

Sign-ups this year are open from May 18th - June 8th for all roles! Beta, cheerleader, and pinch-hitter sign-ups will stay open all challenge, but assignments go out at the beginning, so you’re more likely to get matched with a creator to help if you sign up early!

Sign ups for authors and artists close promptly at midnight, or just after 11:59pm Eastern Time, on Monday, June 8th, so don’t delay. And be sure to spread the word - the more, the merrier where Swan Queen is concerned!

so, sachston had a weekend of lezzing out right after the end of the movie. turns out, emily forgot that her schedule with her kids had changed! it changed every single time she had to go out of the country bc of her job so she could get more time with them as soon as she arrived. she loves her kids, but she starts to FREAK out when they’re waiting at the door and andy’s munching at her breakfast (carby breakfast [her kid’s healthy cereal she keeps in her cupboard]) looking like she had just woken up (she did).

emily can:

a) tell andy to hide and sneak out when the area’s clear (sad andy :c)

b) introduce them saying andy is just a friend who’s hanging out at 8am on a sunday (also sad andy but she’ll understand that’s waaay too soon to put a label on their relationship and be part of the kids lives too. em doesn’t even know if they would even like andy! [they’d love her])

c) introduce andy as her gf (THEY HAVENT HAD THE TALK ™ YET!!! PANICKING!!! [happily andy would play along and probably cry about it to lily]). one kid could be like “ow :( double susceptible to your mom’s jokes” and the other like “woah THREE really cool bday presents from now on”)

that’s my addition to this ship. please take it into consideration.

She and Andy are eating breakfast when the kids show up at the door. Emily starts absolutely freaking the fuck out and tells Andy to hide for now and then sneak out when she gets a chance. Andy is understanding and hides in the nearest room. She listens through the door as Emily lets her babies in, Andy's heart bursting at hearing how gentle and soft Emily is with them.

A few minutes go by. Andy hears the kid's voices taper off and then a quiet, sharp knock on the door — Emily signalling to her the coast is clear. She takes the signal from Em and slides out, about to make her exit when she turns back for a second, whispering:

"Shit... Em, my phone's still in the kitchen."

"Oh my god, you idiot. Right, stay here."

Emily rushes to the kitchen while Andy gets her shoes on. The floorboards creak behind her moments later. Andy looks back, expecting it to be Emily with her phone. But it's Em's daughter Bronwyn.

"Who are you?"

Andy has no clue what to say, which is great because Emily walks back a second later. She freezes when she sees her daughter and Andy staring at one another.

"Uh... Darling, could... could you just go back to your brother for a mom-"

"Mum, who is that?" Roarke suddenly comes into the room too.

Emily panics, Andy notices. So she tells the kids her name. She maybe also says some lame little joke that makes them chuckle, giving Em the time to calm down and think of what to say. Eventually she does.

"Roark, Bronwyn, Andy is... an old friend of mummy's that just stopped by to see me before work."

And that she called Andy not ONCE but TWICE! She wanted to be friends🥹🥹

And the way she said Sachs to Benji too OH MY GOD. I don’t think she liked Benji that much? He seems to give her to ick with her avoiding all his kisses
