"I’ll be glad to meet them," he remarked, keeping his eyes on the road in font of him. "They must be different, being from South America. Or at least a little bit. Is there anything you noticed different that I should know about before we get there?"

"They aren't close, really. Like I'm close to certain people but it's not like... it's not like our pack." She reassured him. The words hurt to say, our pack. There was no pack anymore and that just hurt her heart to think about. "So... you don't mind dropping me back right?" She asked quietly and smiled a little at Derek.

When Cora could relax, so could Stiles. For someone who had such a hyperactive personality, he could always find himself being still with Cora. There wasn’t a need for movement or too much talking. It was a relaxed, quiet feeling, one that he only ever got in her presence. It was like the world slowed down and he could to which was something he never knew he needed until he had her. 

      “Hey, don’t look sad. I’m not going anywhere.” He assured her, reaching up to meet her lips. ”Ah yes, shower me with insults and compliments. It makes me forever confused and smitten. You have all this hidden charm, Hale. I like it.” He winked, a grin spreading across his lips at their playful behaviour. Really, there was no other way he’d rather spend his time. 

He felt his eyes widen at her admission. It wasn’t that it freaked him out, it wasn’t something he had thought about before but he could see it. It was the fact that Cora was so open with him and honest about the future. A lot of the time their future seemed uncertain and now, Cora was painting a picture. He could see it now, them dancing around with children grabbing onto their legs. “I would love that. We’ll have to find a good song. One with lots of potential to listen to over and over. Also child appropriate, probably something G rated.” 

      “Now that I don’t believe. You could terrify anyone with a glance.” He said, knowing that he was definitely on that list. “I don’t think you’d ever do it on purpose but you’d have that power over them for sure.” The entire alpha thing was still a new concept to Stiles. So far he’d seen a variety of alphas and the only one he knew to be worth a damn was Scott. To Stiles, it was no surprise that Scott was an awesome alpha. 

      Cora was teasing, of course. Cora was so glad that he calmed down when he was around her like this. It didn't matter to her when they were in the company of others but when they were alone, she loved his calm nature. Her fingers brushed through his brown locks gently and she looked up to those gorgeous orbs. 

         Hearing him, she loosened her grip just a little and nuzzled her nose against his neck, breathing him in. "Us Hales have so much charm. You just don't know it." Cora giggled and kissed at his neck a few times. "You more than like it, Stiles. You love it." She breathed out lowly and smirked as she nuzzled him yet again. She liked when he smelt like her, he was hers and that is what matters.

   Cora heard him and a smile graced her lips when he mentioned children too. "Does that mean you want them?" She whispered softly, looking shyly up towards him. Leaning forward, she pressed a kiss to his lips. Taking his hand, she pressed a kiss to his knuckles. "I'm glad I didn't freak you out." She whispered honestly. Wolves were definitely family orientated so this was important to her and she meant it.

     With a chuckle, Cora just rolled her eyes at him. "I can't believe you're still terrified of me." She muttered, just shaking her head at him. He was adorable in that sense and Cora loved being able to terrify him but now she just did it for fun. Thoughts of being an alpha made her sigh. She would never be and that honestly didn't bother her, she'd compare herself too much to her mother. She was happy being an amber eyed beta.
