This clearly is evidence that he just calls them Wild Ratts to annoy them/be a jerk. He knows who they are, he chooses not to address them appropriately.

Oh and can we take a moment to appreciate Zachary’s voice acting here? It’s exquisite, so smooth and beautiful. I like to think this is Zach Varmitech’s real voice. Zach (Varmitech lol) hides his real voice and chooses to use a more annoying voice just for the sake of annoying his rivals/people.
