So, we know very little about Boscha's moms, but we do know that one of them was Odalia's rival in school. (Pretty sure it was the one with the hot pink hair.)

After Boscha's mom and Odalia made up, Boscha and Amity were made to be friends. Boscha didn't really like Amity much, though.

Boscha's mom is just as obsessed with status and power as Odalia, while Boscha's other mom is very passive and lets a lot of things slide. This is why Boscha is able to be a bully and no one does anything about it.
