on more than one occasion they've had to go to a new country for their heist and that new country is ON A DIFFERENT CONTINENT.

it's established they always drive everywhere. doesn't matter where, it's always via their van.

to highlight the absurdity of it-

chapter 5 takes place in prague, chapter 6 in canada. they'd have to cross the atlantic ocean for that.
