i don’t think i’m built to be a mother necessarily but i am built to play with children. i could watch them forever. i would love to work in one of those american schools—monterossi??—where they don’t teach anything but tree climbing and caterpillar identification

i loveeee playing with kids i love getting to just be like a child myself and roll about on the floor and hear those hysterical giggles. and i love supporting them when they’re climbing things and watching them try new moves and get more adventurous and learn how to be people and use their bodies. i love teaching them the colours and the animals and nature. it’s so beautiful to watch someone for whom everything is new or near-new, and everything is amazing and exciting and also the most excruciating pain and sadness they have ever felt. every emotion is so heightened.

are the people around me just getting their nails done cheap or do gel?? acrylics or whatever always look like that.. kinda fake and chunky and just pasted on. i love painting my nails & i was OBSESSED with nail art 2007-2013 like true nail art painted on with a tiny brush. or transferring ink from newspapers onto your nails. i love some of these gel designs but hate how three dimensional the nail becomes once it’s all layered on, it just doesn’t look right to me..

when are they going to release the criterion edition of eurotrip
