you make me laugh but it's not funny

Bus drivers greeting each other, lupins growing thickly along the roadside in patches of purple, sun blasting in, road work, the strewn splatterings of poppies on wheat fields, the constant buzzing and shaking and haptic feedback of sitting in the bus seat. Morning commute. Very early, but in the Scandinavian summer it feels like hours later into the day with the immense light hitting everything.

Omg I last minute applied for a small but cool workshop facilitating gig, which I had shared with my friend who is looking for jobs and they applied a few days ago. And they got the message first but then I also got a yes!!! And we get to be co-facilitators !!! We are so so excited heheh and it’s gonna be such a good learning experience !

Eating buttered bread on a nicely cooled train looking out at a gorgeous late may, my exam is done and out of my hands now, it’s my summer vacation now and I get to do an exciting internship soon. I’m rocking no headphones and music these last days when out and about and it’s actually really grounding and nice, more peaceful, more present

it has all already worked out and I just need to act accordingly

I'm at the stage where I should not be reading new texts or writing anything new, just editing down, making it all connect, smoothing out, creating connective tissue.... but I still feel like I'm getting a feel for the whole topic. Whatever man, I just really don't want to edit what I've already made. It's hard to make it good

I looove a dinky old camera. I have a weird little old phone that I need to charge and use for a bit as my camera again. Lots of projects wanting to be revived, almost at the finish line of my exam, I just want to knit and hike and swim and sew and write etc

I can grumble and complain as much as I want about my exam buuut it has lead me to read and connect a lot of really interesting texts about things I’m generally interested in and will continue to find useful to know more about after the end of the exam. So

procrastinating writing the main body of text by fixing the references. Still necessary to do I guess
