Hi! I don't have anything comprehensive, but here's what I watched:
Demon Slayer: Tanjiro is stabbed during Mugen Train arc
Dr. Stone: Senku is shot in season 4, episode 8 and seen badly wounded in a few episodes after
Gintama: Gintoki gets stabbed a lot during the big story arcs
Hell's Paradise: Gabimaru bled quite a bit in season 1 and I'm sure there's more to come in the next season

Naruto: I watched this purely for Kakashi whump and would recommend using a list of whumpy episodes instead of watching the whole thing like I did. Unless of course you like Naruto
One Piece: Personally, I like Trafalgar Law whump but getting stabbed the most is probably Zoro
Re:Zero: Probably the most gory on my list. Subaru gets injured in all manner of bloody ways, but many of the wounds are fatal meaning they don't last long
The Rising of the Shield Hero: Season 1 episode 20. So much blood. I keep going back to that episode

A whump compilation.
I could gush about Shep whump all day long, but let me just say that Vegas might have my favorite scene at the end. It's just so tragic - the music, the setting, everything that has led Sheppard to this moment, stumbling, no longer able to stay upright, shirt covered in blood as he falls in the sand. And the look in his eyes when he rolls onto his back - some flicker of pain at first, and then something between regret and resignation, oh it tears my heart apart in the most positive way.
Anyway, I hope you enjoy my little (over an hour long) compilation of John Sheppard getting messed up in Stargate: Atlanis. I know I do.

If you like whump in live action have you ever watched Mr Robot? Lots of main character abuse in that show.
I haven't but thanks for the recommendation! It's so hard to find good whump in live action. Hence the ton of anime clips on my blog... But I'll give Mr Robot a go!
