Trauma can make the ideal of love being something that rare to find in this chaos of society we live in

Acceptance of yourself first

Love someone all the way till all the love you have is gone ..

You'll then naturally withdraw yourself from them

Do something that don't have alternative motive to where you doing it from a survival aspect

Live within the moment and everything else with plan out..

What ever energetic feeling you put out will return back to you either better or worst than the original state it first started from..
