Choo choo!
Yesterday marked the one year anniversary of the public finding out about our dear leader buggering a pig. Never forget. #piggate #swine11 #snoutrage
Come down to the Spice of Life in Soho tomorrow (Sat 10th September) from 7pm - we'll be doing the David Cameron pig-fucking song amongst others. In the meantime, here's a dank meme Tom made five minutes ago to get your attention.
Liam here. We're on a train at the moment. Dan and Tom are alternating between acting out a scene where they're both Rupert the Bear, and talking about post modern socio-economic policies. We're a multi-dimensional lot.
We're ecstatic with the gig tonight. Great venue, great sound, great crowd and great acts. Big love to everyone involved. We look forward to coming back again soon.
Rupert! Dinner's ready!

Rest assured, Soho, we are en route.
On the red carpet at Wembley!
Great evening at the Traitors Gate last night, chock full of talent and a warm, receptive audience (we've never seen a pub go so quiet for a poet before!). Thanks to Luke Sebastian Sanders for this photo of us!
Fuck you, Joe.
What a night.
The support acts were brilliant. The bar staff were brilliant. The sound was brilliant. My kebab on the way home was brilliant. You were all brilliant.
We played for over an hour and a half, and enjoyed every minute of it. Thank you all for coming out and supporting us. You're all lovely.

A brief behind-the-scenes sneak peek at The Drunkards' forthcoming album, 'Brewed in Bexley' - to be released this Saturday, May 7th 2016...
‘BREWED IN BEXLEY’ TO BE RELEASED SATURDAY MAY 7TH 2016
Recorded early this year, 'Brewed in Bexley' consists of ten songs ranging from the political and satrical to the dark and twisted; offering an alternative to the factory-made, auto-tuned, bland pop and indie currently plaguing the music scene.
Naturally we wanted to have a big party to celebrate, and we couldn't think of anywhere better or more suitable than the Railway Tavern: the place where we had our very first date ♥ Another reason being that it serves alcohol, as it'd be a bit shit for an act called 'The Drunkards' to launch their album in a fucking tea room.
We are going to have some support acts to entertain you, and then when you're sufficiently pissed, we're going to play the album in full. There might be some stuff you've never heard before too...
You will have the chance to buy a physical copy of the album on the day, personally signed by Liam Shipton and Flash Gitt themselves so you can sell it on eBay and pay off your mortgage.
In case all of that wasn't enough, the lovely landlady Gill is going to be putting out loads of sandwiches and snacks.
Fancy dress is optional but you'll probably be the only one.
Oh... and it's free entry.
8.00pm - 8.30pm: BRICKDUST 8.35pm - 9.05pm: BAT WINGS (acoustic) 9.10pm - 9.40pm: DIRTY DAVID JAMES 9.45pm - 10.30pm: THE DRUNKARDS

Up The Creek Comedy Club - 8th March 2016
Last night was fun. We were apprehensive at first after it became apparent during the sound check that we were a little... different from the other acts. But we got a warm reception from the crowd, and it was quite surreal to overhear people in the lobby arguing about which Drunkards song they liked the most. Cheers Greenwich!
Don't forget that this Tuesday we're playing at Up The Creek Comedy Club in Greenwich. It's an event put on by Greenwich University RAG Society, and it's all for charity, so come along and show your support!

Taken last night. Thanks to Mark Ward for the photo!
We had fun last night. Louis lost about two stone in sweat, and we nearly blew the roof off of the pub. The local MP who was meant to turn up didn't (imagine that, a politician not following through on something!) but we enjoyed ourselves anyway.
Next up, we're at the Fiddler's Elbow in Camden on Sunday - join us for yet more debaucherous larks!
