I created two mortar boards because I'm extra as hell. One attaches to the other with Velcro and each was worn to a different ceremony.

A few of my travel related things. I'm still trying to get over the fact that I'm a senior in college and this is the 4th time I'm getting to show all of you my dorm (well, apartment) decor! Time really flies!

I figured that since I'll be going into my senior year of college that I would be a little silly before I have to enter real adulthood. I bought a clear MacBook shell from Amazon and got a bunch of stickers that I felt represented me on a spiritual level from RedBubble! Next semester I will have to attend a ton of meetings and such, I wonder just how unprofessional this will make me seem lol ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I went to England & Ireland for spring break and may have gone a lil crazy (aka I cut off the long locks I had been growing for 2 years, hopped a barrier and sat on the edge of the Cliffs of Moher, and got my first TATTOO). Yeah, super cray. I know it's only March, but 2016 has already been such an amazing year and I'm so excited for what's ahead especially since 2015 was absolutely terrible (heartbreak, drama, loss of family, ect.) so I thought, "fuck it" I'm gonna get a tattoo while I'm having the time of my life in Europe. The tattoo is a symbol for new beginnings and I think it looks awesome!

The only thing that keeps me sane in college is the fact that when I'm home I can lie in my bed till I have to rush off to the next place I need to be. If you're looking for cute, colorful, and unique bedding I highly recommend Urban Outfitters. I know it's super pricey but honestly it's worth it in the end because I've had mine for over 2 years and it still looks brand new! Also check out the sale section for some fantastic deals. As a someone who is studying public relations, I really can't condone their PR mishaps but I'm a sucker for caute products at great markdowns!

I had to make some magazine covers for my graphic design class using one object (the instant camera) as a focus in 3 different genres. Can you tell which is the interior design mag,tech and the alternative music magazines?!

Today was one of those days where the only time I got out of bed was to take this photo. I'm not too ashamed because it was a snowy day here in Connecticut! Here you'll see that I've hung up my little instant photos with string lights and cute mini clothes pins I found at Target. Something about this set up makes my room feel super cozy and I really like it!

I got this mini instant camera for Christmas I am absolutely in love with it! First of all, I am that one person who is always in everyone's face with like 2 different cameras trying to snap pics (it's just what I do). So you can imagine how happy I was to receive a 3rd way to annoy the hell out of people! What I am most excited about is all the different possibilities when it comes to displaying the cute little photos! I have some ideas already and when I get back to school I'll get to work and post pics! So far I'm thinkin' string lights and teeny tiny clothes pins!

Not gonna lie, I forced my awesome housemate (and close friend/ mom/ the friend who keeps me alive in college) to make my roommates bed so I could take this photo (thanks Jenn!!). Yes, sometimes I am that lazy (I'm workin' on it though!). Lol, anyways if you've seen pics of my side of the room (keep scrolling if not), you'll notice that our aesthetics are completely different. I swear our room is like two different rooms glued together with a distinct line down the middle. We somehow make it work and I love looking at all her fine art and warm, deep color choices. Also, I give her major props for the tapestry, I'm sure most of you know how I feel about them!

I've never really been good at looking at art (trust me, it's a thing), however I somehow end up going to the Wadsworth Atheneum of Art in Hartford at least 3 times a year! The other day I saw this interesting decorative art piece and I swear I laughed out loud at the fact that this distorted image reminded me of what happens every time I forget to hold down shift while resizing and image in Photoshop or InDesign!
