Keep a journal you can write anything in. I mean anything and everything. Create it only for yourself and nobody else. Not just a journal you use to plan your days or a place to dump your thoughts. Make it messy, make it a collection of all of your ideas throughout the day. Fill the pages with everything that runs through your mind, watch how brilliant and beautiful the notebook becomes when you are completely authentic while you are creating it. Write about how the strangers at the grocery store made you feel, what type of life do you think they live? What colors did you see that day that you found particularly beautiful? Did you hear a song that stood out more than the rest? Fill the journal with quotes, places you want to travel, sticky notes, tickets, dried flowers, future plans, reviews of films & books, playlists, secrets. You will look back on it and realize just how interesting and beautiful you are when you are truly creating for yourself and nobody else.
