Fandom (or og story): Scarlet Hollow!
Full name: Cecelia Isobel Scarlet (Fun fact: I almost named her "Caecilia" because it looks and sounds more pretentious old money, but I didn't think it fit with what we know of Vivian as a person, so I went with something that still sounded a bit old-fashioned without being too much. Her middle name was mostly chosen because "Cecelia Isobel" is phonetically pleasant to say out loud.)
Race/ethnicity/class: White American. Her father may have been from another place, but it's not like she ever knew him anyway, so yeah
Describe them physically: (Physical descriptions, my old nemesis. Oh boy) Quite small young woman, we're talking 150cm over here, petite curvy in that way that makes people look a bit more above weight than they truly are. Has oculocutaneous albinism, specifically OCA 2, so she's paler than your average (?) white person. Hair is quite wavy (think of wet cup noodles), medium-to-long length and platinum blonde. Very pale grey eyes, often squints a little even with glasses, so normal expression can easily come up as always bothered by something. Face is round with soft, dolly-like features, which often makes people think she's younger and a bit unsettling to look at; not considered pretty by most.
Describe how they dress: Outside, Cecelia dresses a bit severely, almost conservatively; she favors dark, sombre colors, with maybe some pastel piece, like a cardigan. Always covers the most skin she can because she's very afraid of skin cancer. Has vision problems due to albinism, so she's almost always wearing special tinted glasses (has contact lenses too for special occasions where wearing the glasses is obnoxious/risky). Dresses way more casual when she's alone and outside the sun. Usually sleeps in a luna moth-colored babydoll that she bought on sale because she thought it was the cutest thing (she was actually wearing this one when Wayne kidnapped her to the Forbidden Wings, she's more appalled with him staining it with his gross ass hands than with the kidnapping).
Favorite things: Books, libraries, horror podcasts, pastries and sweets, quiet and shaded places, instrumental music, Wayne
Least favorite things: Insistent people that push her boundaries, the Mystical trait, Classicists, her fucking cousin that wants her in a cell, the fact she can't reach high shelves without a stool. Tea recently added to the list
Hobbies: Reading, singing (only if no one's around), embroidery (it's boring, so it helps her calm down)
Quirks: She scratches her arm behind her back to regain her composure, unfortunately led to self-harming after Vivian's death, so she's trying to stop
What's up in the romance department (and if they're aro, are they in a queerplatonic relationship): Wayne is certainly going up in the romance department! Cecelia is starting to feel very strongly for Wayne and she knows it's not platonic, but also "romantic" doesn't necessarily feel appropriate? It will have to do until she has a better term. There's almost an academic curiosity from her part to see where this is going and what she can find out in this.
Wayne is actually Cecelia's first try at a deeper relationship, she usually doesn't take romance very seriously and sees sex as "something you do when the body feels itchy".
