Minim, who was currently kicking his feet back and forth at his work chair while staring bored mu at the screen, perked up in surprise at the phone and immediately snatched it. Notifications were always good to her, and sure enough she gasped in delight at seeing the number.

Deedee put his phone down mid-thought to see what flavors he had; green, black, chamomile... He remembered Minim likes fruity teas, and decided on peach tea. He filled his electric kettle with water and flicked it on--if she was almost done with work, he may as well get the tea ready for his arrival. 

“Great! :> See you soon!”

Deedee hopped onto his computer, quickly finished typing his daily report, sent it, then clocked out. He didn’t need his boss calling him while spending time with a...

Sighing deeply, the musician looked over at his setup. Everything looked like it was ordered well… This was his first time performing live, and his heart ached. He was alone, even with the native drummers watching him and wondering why he hadn’t started. There was a weight in his heart, but he’d have to ignore it. This was his moment.

Tox walked over to his synthesiser and glanced back at the natives. “Stop staring at me and give me a beat already…” He said.

The native mudokons looked at each other before shrugging and beginning to drum. Tox tapped his foot to the rhythm, and began to play along, pressing keys and buttons and switches. The electronic sounds combined with the native drumming created an interesting vibe, one that would hopefully attract others.

Soon enough Tox lost himself in the music. His mind left his body as he focused, playing the synth like an expert, and a small crowd formed. The musician smiled, pleased that others were enjoying his music.
