» 5 requests, at a time*, per person. (Up to 15 per collective**)

» If wanting a [TERM] please provide at least a sentence worth of description. You are permitted to be as detailed as you would like past that, however.
» If wanting a [FLAG] please specify if you have any personal customizations, such as colour palette, saturation, line direction, symbols, etc. And specify if there is a specific template or flag you would like to be used as a reference. (If personal preferences are not applicable, you may ignore this step.)
» Requests from Diary Owners and Reoccurring Anons will receive priority over other requests.
» I am not obligated to fulfill every request I get, this is for fun and I am not always in front; you don't pay me.
*After 5 requests please do not send any more until one or more of your previous requests have been fulfilled.
**Collectives that consist of multiple entities may have up to 15 consecutive requests at a time, as long as the request per specific person remains under the previously established limit. (i.e. three people sending 5 requests each, fifteen people sending 1 request, four people sending 2 + one person sending 5 + one person sending 2, etc.)
