Sherlock finds John pretty damn sexy.

JOHN’S EYES are THE VERY FIRST THING ON SHERLOCK’S MIND

J: Sherlock, are you all right? S: Of course, why wouldn’t I be? 

Look at that smile. That look of complete happiness now that he has accepted his feelings and understands that John has and will always be there for him, feels the same way for him. This is a man who has found comfort that both the John in his mind and the one in real life love him and care about him unconditionally. Even if when he reaches wakefulness he’ll have to deal with all the problems that have arisen, Sherlock is ready to tackle them knowing that John Watson will always be at his side and in his mind, supporting him and saving him when he needs it.
