I've got some new songs coming... something new as far as instrumentation goes.  you won't find a guitar anywhere - which for me is quite refreshing.  At this stage I'm mixing.  

Powers that Be - Egyptian Lilies

Today is the release of Powers That Be on Don't Be A Lout! Excited isn't even the word for how I feel about releasing this or any other work associated with Tom Beecham. 

You can find Powers That Be on most online-overlord websites such as iTunes, Amazon. . . ect,  through the use of basic search engines on the internet. 

That was my best Hitchcock I've got at the moment. 

I was lucky enough to catch Beak> 's soundcheck before their performance at The Bowery Ballroom.  For visuals there were 2 projectors (running tape of course!) http://bit.ly/Vbq49O with tape for each song.   Their sound was amazing.  Everything went through amplifiers including vocals. I think I counted 9 amps.  

I'm extremely excited to be able to take in Beak> tonight at the Bowery Ballroom. Geoff Barrow, I am your grasshopper.

Powers That Be - "Valencia"

Tom Beecham, one of my favorite songwriters and voices, is releasing his first EP under the name Powers That Be on Don't Be A Lout in early February. 

"Wolf in a Disguise" will keep you dancing - er - shimmying in your kimono.
