Oh darling, don't be afraid. The creatures here are terribly polite… and terribly lonely, you'll see.

These sculptures surround the castle of Vezio, on Lake Como. They are created every year using participants who are covered in gauze and white chalk, leaving a ghost like figure, then they remain throughout the year until winter when they are destroyed by bad weather.
