Since I saw a couple of reblogs asking, this is from the Disney’s American Legends Short: John Henry. It was put out as a direct to video release in 2002, and was re-released in August 2015 as part of the Walt Disney Animation Studios Short Films Collection. That 2015 release was just added to Netflix, so if you have a subscription, you can go watch it now. If you don’t have Netflix, you can purchase the shorts on Amazon Instant Video, iTunes, or DVD. John Henry is the first short in the collection.
