âOh! Hello there, sorry, came back for some stuff just in case I get caught for helping the people who need help.â He said and sorted through some shelves of herbs to find the one he needed but even then, he had to find the perfect one.â He said and pulled his hood out of the way as it was obstructing his view, his hair flopping all over his face.
Sweeping it aside, he glanced at the pink haired lady and smiled. âOh, nice hair, opposite colour as mine~â He said and grinned, going back to searching.
âNo itâs alrightâ Christy said with a smile then she laughed softly âNice! iâll be at the counter if you need anythingâ
She turned and was halfway back to the counter when the door opened and she grinned at Justin as he walked in
âHey Justin, Chiara told me she wanted you to make some more luck charms. Weâre running outâ Christy told her and Justin flipped her a thumbs up
âGotcha!â Justin said before walking into the room they had purely for charm making
âOkay! Ah! Something pricked me!â He said and growled softly, taking out a hanker chief to wipe it before muttering a healing spell which conjured up a pink spell circle around that finger while he kept on searching for a perfect her. When he did find it, he breathed a sigh of relief and put it along with the other things he had acquired in a basket.
Christy heard the growl but figured it was just him so she continued to read, Justin came out and put the newly made luck charms into their spot. Glancing at Tydus while he past him, the empath giving him a quick mental read
He was still pretty annoyed at the prick even though it was healed. At the back of his mind he was thinking of the houses he and his group were going to help with later on and all the way at the back was the recipe for a powerful necromancy hex bag spell that would summon skeletons from the ground to serve him if and when he got caught by the rich politicianâs âdogsâ.
He brought the basket to the counter and smiled at the people there, reaching up to tap his head.
âI can feel you knocking about in there~ And hereâ He said and chuckled, tapping his temple before his chest.
Justin relaxed seeing Tydus wasnât doing anything out of revenge and moved on. Him and Christy chatting at the counter before Justin flashed Tydus a apologetic grin
âJust needed to make sure you werenât making something out of spite, hate or revengeâ He said âSorry for intruding. That everything you need?â

âWas it two spoons or one? gods be cursed i canât rememberâ Chiara muttered, tapping her lip before sighing as the bell above the shop door rang. She did not have time for this, she had to get this custom spell done by the next day and she wasnât even half done âWhy did i call early lunch break again?â
She got up, dusted her skirt off before walking into the shop. A bright but kind smile on her face
âHello! how can i help you?â Chiara asked
@gentlemanlysorcerers
A hooded figure had walked into the shop, playing down a parchment with a list of ingredients on the table. âI require these ingredients please. Posthaste if possible.â The hooded figure drawled on and stopped spreading entirely when they were done.
She let the parchment fly into her waiting hand, a finger running over the words before letting out a nod
âEasy, wait one moment please. Feel free to look around, youâd be surprised with what we donât know we need until we see itâ she said before turning on her heel and walking into the storeroom and starting to gather the things the figure had needed
He slipped a hand out from under his rive and took out a crystal ball. Muttering softly incantations under his breath, the ball glowed a solid, light blue before the image flickered around a little. âSee anything you need big guy?â The figure asked and showed the ball around. The ball spoke into the figureâs mind directly, telling them what the person on the other side needed.
The figure pulled his hood back and revealed himself to be a hybrid of human and dragon. He scowled at the hood getting caught on his ears and hair before picking up the items his group mates wanted before setting them all on the counter.
She came back a few minutes later, putting the ingredients on the list on the counter before mentally scanning the items heâd put down so sheâd known what they were. Scanning everything and putting them in bags before smiling in the figureâs direction, who may she note now had the feeling of a halfing or hybrid to them but she didnât question it
âThatâll be $15 pleaseâ she answered
He took out some money from inside the cloak and set it down softly on the table, near her hand and smiled at her. âMuch gratitude.â He said and took the bags of ingredients. âIâll be sure to come back if I need more~â He said? Chuckling as he flipped his hood up with magic before leaving the shop.
âYouâre welcome and of course, goodbyeâ she said cheerfully as she put the money away and she waved before walking back into the staff room to continue her own spell.
Outside, he had knelt down to draw some symbols on the ground which turned into glowing circles with ribbons of energy connecting to his hand. He concentrated on his groups and he disappeared from the outside of the shop like as though he imploded.
Just a short walk from the camp his group had set up, he made his way to then and handed Nico the ingredients who then passed it into the tent where Y'drean was laying down and reading his spellbook. He popped his head our and grinned at Tydus.
âThanks man!â He said and chuckled softly, slipping back into the tent.
Chiara only took a break to grab a few ingredients before heading back into the staff room, waving Christy into man the store while she continued
âWhen Justin gets here at three get him to make some more luck charms, weâre running lowâ Chiara called
âWill do!â Christy said cheerfully and Chiara smiled, Christy was forever the optimist and she was always keeping everyone elseâs spirits high. It was part of why Chiara had hired her
Tydus teleported back to the shop and looked around a little bit, doing so very quietly. He grabbed some ingredients that only an expert would know would create a powerful and very dark spell if made into a hex bag.
Christy didnât notice him appear, she only heard him when he was grabbing items and walked over to where he was. Peeking at him from behind a shelf
âExcuse me? Can i help you at all?â she asked politely, brushing a strand of her bubblegum pink hair out of her face. A polite but warm smile on her face, she was learning about magic still so she didnât quite know everything that he had in his hands but she trusted everyone to be good and kind so she was giving him the benefit of the doubt

Chiara looked up from her book when she heard the bell ring as the door to the store opened and she waved, giving a smile in the general direction of the door.Â
âHello, what can i do for you today?â She asked
âUhm⌠yeah.. Hi.. so, my phone died and Iâm a little lost.â Beat. âIâm trying to get back over to the good side of the bridge.. as in, New York.â How the hell she ended up in New Jersey was beyond her.Â
âWhat kind of phone do you have?â Chiara asked, she had a bunch of phone chargers in the staff room for this occasion âOh well you arenât too far, i can walk you to the station thatâll take you back to New York if youâd like?â
âUhmâŚâ She shoved her phone into her pocket a little bit further. âA dead one.â She left it at that. She was still a bit hungover, but at least she still had all her clothes, that was a plus. âOh thank gods.â Nearly sighing in relief as she heard she wasnât to far from Home. She, like alot of New Yorkers, looked down on New Jersey. âYou donât have to walk me, just.. point me in the right direction.â
âHmm? oh alright, just thought iâd offer you a place to charge itâ Chiara said before she grabbed a map from under the counter and grabbed a pen, drawing a line from the store to the station âSo just follow this map and itâll take you straight there, thereâs trains everyâŚ6 minutes i believe so you wonât have to wait long. I hope you get home safeâ
She rubbed her head again, the headache still pounding away, her short hair a bit wild looking as she ran her hand through it. This only managed to make it stand up even more than it already was. Her hand going to her pocket as she mumbled. âFuckâŚâ Searching her other pockets she groaned, letting her head fall back. No money, no wallet, no od.. no train pass. And her contacts were in her now dead phone. âSo. âŚ.. look, I kinda went out and got drunk last night, and I woke up in the park thatâs next door and⌠I donât have my wallet.. so, thanks.. I guess⌠but that means no trainride.â
Chiara tapped her lip as she thought before looking over at the direction staff room
âHey Justin can you come here a second? You know New York better than i doâ Chaira called before she looked at the other âJustin lives in New York so heâs much more likely to know how to get you there without a train passâ
A guy about 22 jogged out of the staff room with a grin and he waved slightly
âSo whatâs the situation?â He asked leaning against the counter, flashing his fellow New Yorker a smile
âNo wallet, no money, no train pass and i donât know if they sell daily passes anymoreâ Chiara asked, went to show you how often she didnât use the train system
âHmm i could probably drive you back there, it ainât too far and i can drop you off near one of your friendâs places if itâll make you feel safer?â Justin offered
Had she entered the twilight zone, she narrowed her eyes at the pair of them, her hand going back to her head, was she still dreaming. âYeaaahâŚâ The word lingered on for a moment to long, trying to get her brain to stop bouncing along the inside of her skull to focus on current events. âIâm pretty sure Iâve seen this in a horror movie somewhere⌠the drunk chick ends up deadâŚ.â Wait, did she say that out loud. âI mean.. why are you being nice to me?â
Chiara looked genuinely confused and a little hurt while Justin just collapsed into laughter, letting out a fake-whimper when Chiara smacked his arm
âStop itâ she said pointing a finger at him and he shut right up, he was clearly trying not to laugh however âWhy wouldnât we be nice to you? thereâs too many people in this world who have ill intentions or who mess people over when they ask for help. You donât have to believe us of course, not everyone trusts people as quickly as i do but we are honestly just trying to get you back home so your safeâ
She couldnât help but smile when the other busted out laughing, a snort leaving her as she covered her mouth with her hand. âLook, nobody wants something for free, and nobody ever just.. wants to be nice.. thatâs my experience anyways.â She shrugged, her hands going into her pockets as she took a heavy breath. âIâm sorry I bothered you, I guess.. I can go.. Iâll figure something out.â
âIâm truely sorry that you feel that way but you really shouldnât go out there alone. You came in here for help for a reasonâ Chiara said with a frown, she was not about to let this poor lost girl walk out there and possibly get herself hurt. Justin patted Chiaraâs shoulder gently. The empath being able to sense his friendâs emotions and wanting to calm her
âYou arenât bothering us, honest but unlike my friend here. Itâs up to you whether you stay here and let us help or wander back out there on your ownâ Justin said

Chiara looked up from her book when she heard the bell ring as the door to the store opened and she waved, giving a smile in the general direction of the door.Â
âHello, what can i do for you today?â She asked
Lilith hesitantly walked into the store, not knowing if this was even the correct store. She had asked a stranger, who had smelled like alcohol, where the store was located and if he could lead her there. The voice of a woman brought her head up and she smiled a lop sided smile.
âHello, I hope I have the right store,â Lilith said, rubbing her hands together. âIâm looking for some healing herbs.â
âDepends on what you needâŚoh of course! for a spell or potion?â Chiara asked moving out from behind the counter, quickly explaining the difference âWe have fresher ones for spell while older ones for potions so they donât counter any other herbs you may be usingâ
Lilith thought for a second. âWell, I think a potion would do just fine,â She hoped anyway. She had taken in a very sickly, older woman recently. She has seen this sickness before, but everything she tried hadnât been working. Maybe it was the fact that the particular person was a much older woman was the reason behind the non-working treatment. âI tend to mess up on spells that arenât in my area of expertise.â
âPotions it is thenâ She said before starting to move around the room, grabbing small zip locked bags with various healing herbs inside âWhat age is the person youâre giving the potion to?â
How old was this women? Lilith wasnât too sure. By her voice and the way her energy felt, she was definitely old enough to the point of retirement. Not sure how much older than that. âIâd say about 65 to 70.â
Lilith closed her eyes and hummed. âI also need a smudge stick or some incense.â
âAlright, so iâd say whatever potion your making should be mixed in with something for a older person. Giving them the potion straight might just be too much for their system to handleâ She told the other as she grabbed a smudge stick and walked over to the counter, laying them out before gesturing for the customer to look over them

âWas it two spoons or one? gods be cursed i canât rememberâ Chiara muttered, tapping her lip before sighing as the bell above the shop door rang. She did not have time for this, she had to get this custom spell done by the next day and she wasnât even half done âWhy did i call early lunch break again?â
She got up, dusted her skirt off before walking into the shop. A bright but kind smile on her face
âHello! how can i help you?â Chiara asked
@gentlemanlysorcerers

Chiara looked up from her book when she heard the bell ring as the door to the store opened and she waved, giving a smile in the general direction of the door.Â
âHello, what can i do for you today?â She asked
