Hello. It's that time of year again, the event you've all been waiting for:
THE BABY CUP.
The time has once again come to decide on the best Baby Pokemon, and I am here to incite some baby on baby violence. 37 babies will enter, but only one will leave here alive.
Our challengers in this most grisly of tournaments include every official Baby Pokemon (x), every cut Baby PokÊmon from the Spaceworld 1997 demo (x), as well as one honorary baby (Phione). There will be six rounds in the primary bracket, with each lasting one week. A separate loser's bracket will also be held. The final round of the entire tournament will run from April 6th to April 13th, so mark your calendars!

First of all, a hearty conyatulations to Koonya!! For the third year in a row and out of a total of 17 matches, Koonya has emerged victorious and remained undefeated!
Koonya had the highest win % out of any competitor, with a win of 92.8% against Gong! The participant with the lowest loss % (after Gong's 7.2%) was unfortunately, of course, Lip, with a measly 13.5% against Beta Cleffa.
I say it was "of course" Lip, because Lip gave 5 different opponents their highest win percentage, and has no wins under her belt whatsoever. The competitor who gave the most opponents their lowest win percentage, meanwhile, could be no one else but Koonya, with a whopping 12 opponents!! For the most part, every single baby who has had the misfortune of facing off against Koonya walked away with the greatest loss of their career.
Speaking of wins and losses, however, here are the top ten babies with the most wins out of all the current tournaments combined:
aaand the bottom ten, four of whom have never won even a single matchup. Look upon these wretched babies, and despair:
Of note, out of those four bottom-of-the-barrel-babies, Tyrogue has the distinction of being one half of the only tie in Baby Cup history, against his original self, Gong, no less! Needless to say, in the rematch Gong pulled ahead by a slim margin and left Tyrogue alone in the zero club.
Now let's talk upsets. The first three headed bird in the room, is of course, Hinaazu. Hinaazu I think really shocked and surprised all of us with their performance this year! In our first year, Hinaazu won only one match (against Elekid) before being mercilessly shut down in the very next match by none other than Koonya. Perhaps this is what planted the seed for revenge...?
Nevertheless, in Year 2 Hinaazu managed quite a decisive win against Mime Jr. before being shut down yet again by Riolu, and shunted into the loser's bracket. There, they squeaked out a win against Chingling before being sent off to Superhell by Azurill.
This year however...! Hinaazu surprised us all with an impressive win streak, exacting revenge upon Azurill along the way before making it all the way to FINALS against Koonya! They were then sent back to the loser's bracket yet again, but managed to claw their way up out of the underworld, banishing Togepi to the darkness and going up against Koonya for the third and final time...!
And then of course they lost. No one can beat Koonya. Koonya is inevitable.
Ummm what else...? I can't say there were many other surprises this year, certainly none on the level of Hinaazu's Cinderella story.
So what can we expect to see next year? Well, looking at my spreadsheet, there are a few babies who jump out at me as being particularly interesting, and may be the ones to watch out for!
Chingling has had zero wins in the primary brackets, but has managed one win in each loser's bracket! Sure, he only has two wins under his belt, but Hinaazu only had three under theirs! Chingling has been pretty consistently seeded against quite popular Pokemon early on in the tournaments (going against Koonya in their first ever match!), so it is very possible that Chingling needs only a little benevolence by the seeding gods. I'd keep an eye on him for the future!
Some other, more consistent babies I would watch out for are Mikon, Pudi, Azurill, and Riolu! These four have all gotten at least one win in every single bracket so far. They certainly seem to be crowd favorites!

The second Generation of PokÊmon introduced many a new mechanic to the series- one of which being breeding! The ability to hatch new PokÊmon has appealed to players for many reasons ever since it was introduced, even becoming necessary if you are to compete in the highest level play.
That's not what this poll is about though! When introducing breeding, what better to introduce alongside it, but baby PokÊmon? These are PokÊmon that cannot breed themselves, but are obtainable through breeding all the same. There are more babies than would fit on one poll now, so for this Little Cup (a name that's never been more fitting) we're asking- which is your favourite of the original Generation 2 baby PokÊmon? They may have some growing to do, but they're all so cute!

Welcome to the Mainstage, the inaugural Cuntiest PokÊmon Bracket!
In this contest, PokÊmon will go head-to-head and compete for your votes to determine which PokÊmon from all nine generations is serving the most CUNT!
Qualifier voting begins May 4th, 2025, and the Bracket will begin on June 8, to celebrate the beginning of Pride Month.

Format/Rules
PokÊmon will initially compete in Qualifier rounds against other PokÊmon of their Type from their Generation. The winning PokÊmon will go on to represent its Type and Generation in the Bracket. Dual-Type PokÊmon will appear in Qualifier polls for both of their Types, but only once in the Bracket itself.
In the event that there are too many PokÊmon of a given Type from a given Generation to fit into a single Tumblr poll, the group will be split up into two or three based on National PokÊdex # for Generations I-VI, and Regional PokÊdex # for Generations VII-IX. The winners of each poll will then go head-to-head to determine who gets the spot in the Bracket.
For PokÊmon with multiple Forms or Regional Variants, special Pre-Qualifier voting will be held. The winning Form/Variant will go on to compete for a spot in the Bracket against other PokÊmon of its Type/Types from the Generation where the Form/Variant first made its debut (e.g., if Alolan Persian beats Kantonian Persian in Pre-Qualifiers, Alolan Persian will compete in Qualifiers against other Gen VII Dark-Type PokÊmon. Kantonian Persian will not appear in Qualifier voting).
EXCEPTIONS:
Cosplay Pikachu and Cap Pikachu â Prequalifiers for Pikachu will occur in two rounds. First, a winner will be chosen from both the various Cosplay Pikachu and Cap Pikachu forms. Then, the winning Cosplay Pikachu and Cap Pikachu forms will compete against the classic Pikachu design in a three-way vote. The winning form will represent Pikachu in Qualifiers against other Generation I Electric-Type PokÊmon, regardless of when the Form made its debut.
Unown â Because Unown has 28 Forms (more than the maximum number of options that can be included in a Tumblr poll), Unown's Forms will compete in four groups of seven, split alphabetically. The winning Forms from each group will compete against each other in one final poll to determine which Form will represent Unown in Qualifiers against other Generation II Psychic-Type PokÊmon, regardless of when the Form made its debut.
Vivillon â Similarly, Vivillon's Forms will compete in two groups of ten, split alphabetically. The winning Forms from each group will compete against each other in one final poll to determine which Form will represent Vivillon in Qualifiers against other Generation VI Bug-Type and Flying-Type PokÊmon.
Spiky-Eared Pichu and White-Striped Basculin â Due to the superficial nature of the differences between these Forms and their classic designs, the winning Form will represent Pichu in Qualifiers against other Generation II Electric-Type PokÊmon and Basculin in Qualifiers against other Generation V Water-Type PokÊmon, respectively, regardless of when the Form made its debut.
Dialga and Palkia â Regardless of whether Dialga or Palkia's normal Forms or Origin Formes win in Pre-Qualifiers, Dialga and Palkia will be represented in their respective Type Qualifiers for Generation IV, regardless of when the winning Form made its debut.
Nidoran âī¸ and Nidoran âī¸ â For the purposes of this contest, Nidoran âī¸ and Nidoran âī¸ will be considered two forms of the same PokÊmon and will therefore compete against each other in Pre-Qualifiers, such that only one is represented amongst Generation I Poison-Type PokÊmon.
Genesect, Mimikyu, Cramorant, Maushold and Dudunsparce â Due to the superficial nature of the differences between these Forms and their classic designs, Pre-Qualifier polls will not be held for these PokÊmon. No Drive Genesect, Disguised Form Mimikyu, Cramorant's normal Form, Family of Four Maushold, and Two-Segment Form Dudunsparce, respectively, will move directly to Qualifiers.
Sinistea, Polteageist, Sinistcha, Poltchageist â Because Form differences between these PokÊmon are rarely visible, Pre-Qualifier polls will not be held for these PokÊmon.
Arceus and Silvally â Because the difference between these Forms is item-based and changes each PokÊmon's Type, Pre-Qualifier Polls will not be held. Arceus and Silvally will move directly to Qualifiers for Generation IV and Generation VII Normal-Type PokÊmon, respectively.
Calyrex â Because Calyrex's Forms are more like fusions between it and other PokÊmon, these forms will not be appearing in this contest.
Alcremie â Because Alcremie functionally has over 70 forms, Alcremie will be represented by Vanilla Cream, Strawberry Sweet Alcremie in Qualifiers against other Generation VIII Fairy-Type PokÊmon. Sorry! Maybe next time.
Mega Evolutions, Gigantamax Forms, and Terastallized PokÊmon do not count as Form differences. Primal Kyogre and Primal Groudon do count as different forms of Kyogre and Groudon, respectively. This is due to their categorization as such on Bulbapedia.
In Bracket rounds, PokÊmon will compete in 1v1 polls and progress through a single-elimination bracket to determine the Cuntiest PokÊmon of 2025. The bracket will be seeded based on results on Qualifiers, as well as aesthetic, lore, and other relevant qualities as determined by the moderation team and seeding council. This is to keep the bracket fair in the event of BYEs, and to keep a 1v1 format.
Please vote based on which PokÊmon is serving the most cunt. Not your favorite, not who is most likely to win in a battle, not who you think is the cutest. This bracket is about one thing and one thing only: Cunt.
User-submitted propaganda is not allowed in the Ask Box. This is to keep the Ask Box clear for actual questions. Propaganda in the tags is HIGHLY encouraged and will be considered when seeding the tournament.

Unfortunately, this tournament is not based on user submissions. This is to give each PokÊmon a shot at the crown, and to keep the moderation team sane.

Propaganda is not allowed in the Ask Box. You may write propaganda for your pick in the tags when you reblog the poll!
What is a BYE?
A BYE occurs when there is an uneven number of competitors in a tournament. It results in one competitor, usually a higher seed, automatically moving forward to the next round of the tournament.
What is seeding?
Seeding is a process through which competitors are ranked prior to a tournament, such that competitors with a higher likelihood of winning do not compete against each other directly until later in the tournament. We are seeding this tournament due to the high number of BYEs that will occur, and to keep the tournament engaging for our voters.
Isn't that kind of rigging the tournament in a given PokÊmon's favor?
No. By this logic, March Madness, the NHL Playoffs, and the FIFA World Cup would all be rigged. Cinderella runs, in which a low-seeded competitor does far better than initially expected, are always possible (and magical!).
What qualifies the seeding council to make these decisions?
In addition to being longtime fans of the PokÊmon franchise, the seeding council is comprised of competitive e-sports tournament organizers, drag artists, and individuals with other kinds of experience and/or Homosexual Audacity that give them the expertise necessary to make decisions of this nature.
