what is ur opinion on all the mcs in tig or all the characters that got a pov
I love Avery, we all know that, and her pov was great- the og trilogy was absolutely perfect. She’s the kindest character, she’s compassionate, understanding and forgiving, she reminds me of some of my other favourite characters. I think i would’ve loved to know more about her, her feelings, memories etc.
Hannahs pov was awful and i know nothing about her from it which is a shame, i don’t really have a concept of who she is without Toby.
I like Toby, i think he’s overhated, he’s a great character with an interesting storyling, his pov was good but kinda unecessary.
Jamesons pov in tbh is my favourite thing ever, he had the best storyline in the whole series i think and i just loved to see him change like in the context of the series but even just within the one book. He’s so interesting and i think him and grayson are the best written characters so it’s always great to read his pov.
Lyra i didn’t like, i’m not sure jlb had a vision with her other than make Grayson a gf with trendy aesthetics, i think i liked her most in tgg but her character is so inconsistent i haven’t connected with her. And her and Graysons povs in the second book had the dryest plot- the whole book was dry, Rohan carried.
Rohan my angel genuinely got me through the second book, he has similar qualities to jameson but unlike jlbs usual copy paste his pov felt very different, so he’s probably the most interesting character from tbh and the spin off. He’s not as fleshed out as jameson or grayson but considering he’s been in the books a half the time i’d say he’s pretty well written and i actually connected with his story.
Gigi i thought i liked but i think her pov can get irritating, her story in the second book was so boring i really didn’t enjoy it but in tgg she was the most entertaining. I feel like jlb doesn’t give her sunshine characters that much depth but i wish she had because gigi had sm potential.
Grayson, i loved his tbh pov too even though not as much happened it wasn’t boring and that’s because Grayson is by himself very interesting. His pov wasn’t necessary in gr but ig it kinda showed development so at least it made sense.
