drinking a can of beer right after waking up to get myself in the mood, having a blunt afterwards to make it feel even better. maybe I'll already be so intoxicated that I don't really care anymore about the day and just keep drinking because it's so fun and being drunk isn't that bad, right? life gets a bit easier and if I get sloppy, it doesn't matter.
hours go by and I keep drinking, not really thinking about it, just whatever I feel like. by lunchtime I'm stumbling a bit and my coordination isn't the best anymore, but that's okay, right? I'm just at home, it doesn't matter if I bump into some walls.
it's afternoon and my booze stack is nearing its end, but I don't really want to stop drinking, so I have to go out to the store. I'm stumbling a bit more now, and my tongue feels kinda heavy, but that's okay, no one will notice. I step outside and have to steady myself on the door, maybe I'm a bit more drunk than I thought, but that's okay. I get to the store alright, maybe some people look at me weird but I don't really notice because I'm too busy to walk in a straight line, which doesn't work all too well, but I just really want more booze.
at the store the cashier is super nice and even gives me a small bottle of vodka, as a gift from the store they say, and that I have to drink it right away. obviously that's no problem for me, even if I struggle to open the bottle and they have to help me. they look at me and I can't tell if they're making fun of me, but the world starts spinning a bit more suddenly and I have to grip the counter in order to not sway too much to the side.
I slur a happy goodbye and stumble on the street with my purchase, already opening the next bottle for the way home. all self-consciousness I had about being drunk in public is gone and I happily wobble home, occasionally having to take a break and lean against a wall to take another sip, which doesn't help my stability. but I make it home without an incident, finally able to drink more.
at this point it's hard for me to stand without swaying from side to side, so I plop onto my bed putting the bottles next to me so that they're always in reach. I don't feel anything but bliss and my spinny head, and I love it. I forgot if there was anything I was supposed to do today, but it doesn't matter anyways.
I realize that I have to pee, and I try to get up but it's so hard, and suddenly I'm on the floor, ass up. I don't even know how I got there and I try to get up again, but somehow it doesn't work. my bladder is really full and hurts, so I try to get up on my feet one more time. I nearly make it, but just when I want to take my first step, my knees buckle and I stumble backwards, crashing into a wall and sliding down because the floor is just tilting somehow all the time.
the last thing I feel is something wet between my legs, but my eyes are doing funky things so I just close them and pass out.
