when i watch sports i really feel like we should be better at sports. so many children and young people spend so much time trying to get good at sports, and then we select the top like 0.01% of people who are the best among them, and pay them a lot of money to do nothing but train then they go out, and they miss free throws. it just doesnt make sense to me. among all the human endeavors it seems like it just cant be THAT hard. theyre not even that far away from the hoop
