*[ As soon as the two sit down in the front rows together, the lights begin to dim as the room becomes pitch black...
..And then, a trilling of timpani drums as two spotlights drift around the audience seats, dim once more...and then focus on a figure whom has mysteriously appeared on stage, in an extravagant pose. The outfit is something that looks a little like this: ]
*[ It seems to be well thought out for its design! As the masked person bows, the music seems to crescendo into a rising, welcoming chorus of strings and brass. The show has begun! ]
*[ The figure stands up fully. Taking long, meaningful strides across the stage -- in time to the pianissimo volume of the music. Almost as if the dancer was taking calculated steps in order to find their own rhythm. A statement of the performers self-discovery. ]
*[ Then, slowly but surely, the tempo begins to pick up. As slow strides become moderate hops and skips, the dancer becoming more curious and awaiting each move they make. Seems they're getting into the groove of things! ]
*[ Sooner now, the tempo picks up just a little more and stays in that kind of tempo, the dances moves becoming more daring and comfortable with each leap and skip they make, spinning in place as they lean back for a moment, then leaping to the other side of the stage as if they were playing around with each move. They look around themselves in a supposed joy as they seem to see an invisible audience of their own. The simulated sounds of applaud from familiar voices ring out throughout the music, until they stop dead in their place as the music diminuendo's. After a while, the dancer stops in place. Looking around as the music slows its tempo for a moment. ]
*[ ..The melody shifts its sounds, going from a slow major melody to a slow minor melody. The dancer holds their arms out and continues to dance and stride, as if to mime dancing with partners- yet they have none. Soon enough, the dancer stops in the middle. Their body crouching down where they kneel. Their hands reach up to the sky for someone to hold, yet there is none to hold. Someone to be there for them, when there is none. ]
*[ ..And then, the dancers head raises, as if noticing someone in the audience. Desperate, they hold out their arms, and the spotlights down the stairs leading up to the stage...drifting towards @thatyellowflower & @the-cowboy-yellow . A silent beckon for them to come onstage. ]
