…I’m still mad that Eska and Desna were basically useless and terribly written when they could have been used for so much more because their character designs and initial concept were cool. But no, I was disappointed as usual. Fuck.

Just to clear things up, this is a s1 bolin appreciation blog.

WTF

i felt like i was having an out of body experience watching this. and they didn’t even pick up on the lack of consent, it was the rather that ginger/character she was playing aren’t the same person. no shit. 

honestly i dont even consider s2 bolin and s1 bolin the same character. this was really gross and god its so easy to address things in media, it doesnt take too much time, she shouldve slapped the shit out of him. this is gross. i never wanted to see the definition of rape culture in one of my favorite characters. i literally hate this show so much i cant believe how much time ive spent thinking about it.

The Bolin kiss just might be the worst, most out of character thing to happen in all of Avatar.  I still can’t believe it.  Like, I still don’t have words for it.
