for everyone who of not having an does not have the luxury of having  APP certified piercer in their area just wait until you can travel to a shop that does. It's not worth going to a shitty shop that isn't going to use good quality jewelry or worse has no idea what they're doing. The same thing goes for minors if your parents won't budge on letting you get that piercing that you really want wait until you turn 18. I know it feels like a hellish eternity but I promise you your 18th birthday will come and then your parents won't have a say in what you can and can't do with your body. so don't rush out and order some sterilized needles and a shitty piece of jewelry off of amazon and try to pierce it yourself. AND FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS GOOD IN THIS WORLD DO NOT PIERCE YOUR SELF WITH A SEWING NEEDLE!!! Finally you can always wait to get pierced with or just to buy that nicer piece of jewelry so you aren'tb just walking around with ugly pieces of steel in your precious piercings every ones taste is different so buy some nice jewelry that fits who you are! I promise when it comes to body modification waiting a bit for something better is always worth it in the long run!
