Does fake fucking other guys count as cheating? Is it cheating if he's more of a kidnapping victim than a boyfriend? Those are questions only you can answer for yourself!

From the start? They were together without any of that at the start and that was ended. So... yes? If none of the other bad things had happened they would have probably ended up together with at least a lot less of that to maybe none. If there was no conflict in the show, everyone would be a lot happier!
